Living here for the past year has been nice, particularly due to the speedy responses by the maintenance team and their work ethic. Best maintenance out of all apartments I’ve lived in. Jackson has always been a huge help with our maintenance requests!

I recently toured and moved into a 2 bedroom here in September and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! The apartment and the building are clean and pretty well-kept. I love the 10’ high ceilings and overall layout of my apartment, as well. I’d like to shout out Luz Santiago for showing me a couple apartments based on my needs and helping me settle on a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment. It’s perfect for a hybrid working person like me who needs a home office. I also needed to move within a week and she made sure to keep an eye on my entire process, making sure I was ready to move in. She has also been so kind and responsive! I’d also like to say that I did have a few maintenance problems like a missing door stop, a door that was hard to close/open and leaks in my shower, but I put all of my maintenance requests in and they came and knocked it out in a day or two. Marquis did the majority of the repairs and he even took his shoes off like I requested which was awesome! I didn’t catch the gentlemen’s name that came today to fix my shower, but he was also very kind, quick and efficient. A plus of living in this neighborhood is its proximity to every store and The Battery. So far, I am very pleased with my experience at Willowest in Vinings and I would recommend others to tour and live here!

Maintenance: Jackson did an awesome job! He quickly and efficiently fixed an issue with my stove and took the time to explain what he was doing throughout the process. He was thorough, professional, and very helpful. He even went above and beyond by helping me put down a rug afterward. Excellent service all around. Thank you, Jackson!
