- HTHasan TekinApr 27, 20261.0As a tenant who is still living there, I would like to point out that I am waiting for the tenancy to end. I have just a few weeks left before I move out. I am not at all satisfied. When we rented the flat, they told us that everything had been repaired, but most of the issues remain unresolved and are still the same. This has been the case ever since we signed the tenancy agreement. I am constantly sending emails to the office to remind them of our issues, explaining them to them in person, and showing them photos and videos. They are simply not taking any interest. Furthermore, the front door is constantly faulty. The car park and stairwells are very dirty, and the rent is not worth the money. Nevertheless, the final decision is yours.
