- CMColeton MoonSep 18, 20261.0Kind of disappointed. We took a tour early to get a view of the apartments as our current lease ends in December and when we toured it was honestly great. But the communication has been awful and feel like we have been neglected. We have searched about 12 apartment places in the area and we found that this one was #1, but no one is answering the emails and not responding to us. We asked for the apartment to send us videos of their Grove, Myrtle, and Palm layouts and they said in communication that they would and would do it literally on the new Monday of the week, but after sending 3 follow-ups we have not been reached by their leasing staff nor was given any updates. The only communication they have is their AI system and it’s only good for getting on your nerves. We sent the emails out back in August 21st and followed up, but no word. Quite disappointed and now we have to search for other options.
