It’s clear that they’re committed to making the community a better place for residents. The communication has been much better, the property is well-maintained, and you can tell the management team genuinely cares about addressing concerns and improving the overall living experience. It’s refreshing to see someone who is proactive, professional, and invested in the community.

They do not answer phone calls or emails. We tried (for a month) so hard to finish the confusing and unnecessarily invasive application process but at every step something beyond our control went wrong... we wanted to give them our money so bad... disappointing

They keep the community looking beautiful, they added 24/7 security for resident security, and their maintenance team is timely to requests. There may be the occasional hiccup here and there, but overall the team makes sure we are taken care of. More so than other complexes I've lived at. I'll continue to happily live at this location.
- KFKris FordeJun 25, 20261.0Consumer beware this company should be barred from doing business in the state as they filed an eviction action against me and I never even lived at the place they claimed. I will be suing them for it all as this is identity theft. Their parent company is headquartered in Chicago so if you have had similar bad experiences I would suggest filing a complaint with the attorney general of both IL and GA as well as the IDFPR in IL maybe enough complaints will have them actually shape up or get them fined enough they start treating consumers as more than a payday
