  This community has been a great place to live, largely because of Chiquita Jackson and her team. No community is perfect, but what stands out is their responsiveness, communication, and commitment to residents. Chiquita consistently addresses concerns quickly and keeps residents informed when issues arise. She is even willing to go above and beyond after hours to ensure problems are resolved properly. I moved in about two months ago, and my experience has been very positive. Any concerns I’ve had have been handled professionally, and I haven’t encountered anything that would make me want to move. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention the management team provides.

  I was wary of applying here because of some negative reviews from a couple years back. However my tour with Nhvada was wonderful and the unit shown to me was renovated and clean. I look forward to living here and can't wait to join the community (and participate in the super cute community garden)

  I had a great experience touring Willow West Collier Hill! A huge shoutout to Leah she was professional, welcoming, and made the entire tour fun, engaging, and exciting. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel genuinely valued. If you’re considering moving here, I highly recommend asking for Leah. She made a fantastic first impression!

  As a new resident here. I would’ve kept looking had I known there would be this much inconvenience. The most frustrating issue here is maintenance and a lack of communication! My water service has been cut off 3 times with little or no notice in the last week and I’ve only been living here for a month. There is absolutely no apologies or sympathy from anyone at the property. It is almost impossible to find the property manager when these issues become apparent. In addition, the leasing agents are not helpful or they never have any information, the gate is always broken, and it takes maintenance forever to tend to my issues. The only thing I like about this property is my actual until layout and the location in the city. If you do not want to deal with constant inconvenience when you’re paying hundreds of dollars in bills please keep looking elsewhere!

  I recently toured the property with Nhava, and the experience was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. Throughout the tour, he was patient, courteous, and provided detailed information about the apartment community, amenities, and leasing process. What stood out most was his willingness to ensure I felt comfortable and informed without making me feel pressured. His customer service was exceptional, and he made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. If you’re considering this community, I highly recommend requesting a tour with Nhava. He represents the property well and provides outstanding service.
