  Moving into a new apartment can be stressful, but working with Nhvada made the entire process seamless. He went above and beyond to make sure I ended up in the right space—even adaptively switching me to a different unit at the last minute to perfectly accommodate my needs. His communication was consistent, professional, and clear from application to move-in day. If you’re looking to move here, definitely ask for Nhvada!

  Recently me and my roomate had a housing situation fall through, and applied to Willowwest with a very short timeline. Nhvada gave us a tour yesterday of both the apartment style we were looking at as well as a example of a fully decorated option with a similar layout. He has been super wonderful throughout our application process and trying to move things along quickly; as well as a fabulous tour guide. I highly recommend working with him if you are planning to apply or would like a tour at Willowest.

  Only went for the apartment tour so far. The place seems really nice and the agent, Nhvada Powell, was super friendly and energetic. They were always ready to respond any questions, and made us feel welcomed and embraced. The 4/5 is because it is located kinda far from GSU, but I love how close it is for groceries and other things you might need.

  I had a wonderful experience with my leasing agent Nhvada! He is very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything easy to understand, quick to respond to my questions, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I really appreciate his patience and great customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth and leasing experience!

  I had a very disappointing experience trying to schedule a tour at this apartment complex. Earlier this week, I booked a tour and received multiple confirmation emails confirming my appointment for today. However, when I reached out the morning of my scheduled tour, I was told there were no confirmed tours on the schedule. It’s frustrating and unprofessional to receive several confirmation emails only to be told my appointment doesn’t exist. If the leasing office can’t keep track of scheduled tours, it doesn’t give me much confidence in how they handle their current residents’ concerns. A simple apology or effort to resolve the issue would have gone a long way, but instead, I was left feeling like my time wasn’t valued. I hope they improve their communication and scheduling process so future prospective residents don’t have the same experience.
