  I applied to Willowest and was denied due to “insufficient information provided,” which I understand is within their discretion. However, I was overcharged $50 on the application fee, and the $300 administration fee was represented as refundable. I am therefore owed a total refund of $350. My concern is not the denial itself, but the complete lack of communication regarding my refund. I have called and emailed multiple times and have not received a response or update from the office. At this point, I am requesting that management contact me promptly to resolve this matter. If I continue to receive no communication, I will have to consider escalating the issue through formal channels.

  I’ve truly had a wonderful experience living here. From day one, the entire team has been welcoming, professional, and attentive, but a very special thank you goes to Chiquita. She has been incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything needed. She truly made me feel at home. The community is peaceful, well maintained, and I have honestly had no issues during my time here. The apartments are beautiful, comfortable, and everything has been handled with care and professionalism.

  Five stars for Willowest Apartments! Chiquita Jackson has done an amazing job creating a better living environment for everyone. She’s professional, responsive, and truly dedicated to making sure residents are satisfied. The staff follows her lead—everyone is helpful, respectful, and efficient. It’s great to see a management team that genuinely cares about the community. Keep up the great work!

  I’ve seen a noticeable change at Willowest Apartments since Chiquita Jackson became the Apartment Manager. Things are more organized, communication is better, and the overall atmosphere feels more welcoming. The staff is always friendly and quick to respond, which makes a big difference day-to-day. It’s clear there’s strong leadership in place now. I’m happy to be a resident here!

  Willowest Apartments has really leveled up! Chiquita Jackson is hands down one of the best managers I’ve experienced. She communicates clearly, handles concerns quickly, and makes sure everything runs smoothly. The entire staff reflects her leadership—everyone is respectful, helpful, and on top of things. Maintenance requests are handled faster, and the property looks better than ever. I’m very happy to call this place home!
