  By far one of the worst apartment buildings I’ve ever lived in. Leasing will lie and say they’re sending out pest control when they don’t. Kids pulling fire alarms and kicking doors like they’re trying to break in. Unruly neighbors making disturbances up until midnight and start at 5am at times. Walls and ventilation are horrible, my downstairs neighbor smokes cigarettes constantly and it’s always seeping through, I haven’t been able to stay near my windows in months. The pool closed extremely early last year because of glass breaking and have yet to open it back up. Trash compactor has been broken for months. Rent is being raised while living conditions go down. Save your time and energy and go somewhere else.

  I love every single event that has been held since I’ve moved in and it’s only been 2 months! Kid friendly, adult friendly, family oriented and VERY well setup and organized. I’m completely enjoying my new home experience. Thank you so much Justice and Princess!

  I've been living at Wellington point for 2yrs, and I really like it here. The staff is amazing, they are so welcoming. I'm really happy with the new event planner they have, Princess she host evening events that I'm able to attend, and don't just focus on events during the time most of us are working. Thank you Princess for Salad and Succulent, my daughter and I really enjoyed ourselves. We can't wait for the next adult only event.

  I love living here. The community is clean and attentive. Also Ms. Princess hosts their best events here. They’re so inclusive for the family. She hosted Salads and Succulents and we painted beautiful heads, great music, and great vibes for the adults only. It was amazing.

  Been living out here for almost a year everything has been good and this Saturday they hosted a carnival for the kids with food games prizes, I love all the events they do for the community
