  Love living here! So grateful for the staff and Walton!! The poor review about rats and bugs is not a resident here— can’t be. Ive NEVER had issues with bugs/rodents, trash smells, or dog waste. This place is a clean, peaceful sanctuary in the city. It’s been five months since I’ve been here. I’ll talk about four points: the staff, the building, the tenants, and the surrounding area. The only “complaint” I have is, the walls are semi thin. Not awful but can be annoying if you have people above you. 1. First— The management staff and team are second to none, not just in task but in their culture of service, people-relations, and overall quality of employees they hire. They are all polished, responsive, and warm. Communications are sent regularly with updates and notices. 2. Secondly— The building is well maintained with routine projects and repairs led by the staff. This building is 10+ yrs and is in great condition. The parking garage is worth its weight in gold. I’ve NEVER experienced the gate being broken. The amenity spaces and outside perimeter areas are all exceptionally maintained and clean— in part because of tenants who care which also reflects the standards Walton has for its communities. SMOKE FREE IS AMAZING. No smoke or smoking culture anywhere and it makes a big difference. The coffee shop is incredible as well and the landscape design is lovely! 3. Thirdly, tenants have not been an issue for me. I have never felt unsafe or concerned about tenants, their behavior, pets or guests— not a loud college party or night life type property. No dog waste etc everywhere. It feels like a COMMUNITY. The events hosted by staff are great! Seems that most everyone is respectful, works, takes care of our shared spaces and respects one another. 4. Fourth and last— the surrounding area. Walton is like a quiet refuge from the city while still being in the city. West Side provisions, night life, and city-fun is literally steps away without having the downside of gritty city noise, outside people, pedestrians and crime where you live. Close enough to enjoy, but feels like it’s far enough to withdraw and have a sanctuary. There is a train that runs along the side of the property, but I have no issue with the noise as I hardly notice it. There Is what I assume normal city noise from the area/cars driving and some machinery at night but minimal and not abnormal. I’ve never encountered rude staff, rude tenants, or woken up to sirens, fights, crime, fire alarms pulled, or excessive event/night life— all of which I’ve experience before living in city apartments. Thankful for the staff and all who make Walton the best place to call home in Atlanta!

  From the moment we toured these apartments until the day we moved in, our experience has been nothing but wonderful. Jamie was kind, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process so much easier. When we moved in last week, the staff was ready to welcome us. Judy showed us to our new home and even checked on us afterward to make sure everything was going well. So far, our experience has been excellent, and we're very happy to be part of this community!

  I would not recommend this place. I saw signs of both rats and roaches during my stay, which made me feel very uncomfortable. No one should have to deal with those kinds of conditions. I expected a much cleaner and better-maintained property. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.

  Walton Westside is the best place I've rented from so far. The apartments are great quality, the location is nice, maintenance is quick, and the staff are all super accomodating, especially Jamie. Highly recommend.

  I love everyone at Walton Westside. Jaime has been so helpful, Judi and Lindsey so welcoming, and Kevin has been so quick with anything that needs to be fixed. 10/10 community
