The community is always kept clean and maintenance responds so quickly to requests. All the staff is so kind. NOEL, one of the maintenance staff has seen me taking my trash out on three occasions and offered to take it to the dumpster for me. That to me shows how much the staff truly cares about the residents to go out of his way to do something outside of his job description. Love love love Walton Lakes! No place is perfect, but for the price and quality of where we are, I don't have very many complaints.
