  Never felt more unwelcome before. Perhaps the manager thought I was broke and couldn’t afford to lease an apartment. Or maybe he just didn’t like my aesthetic, I don’t know… but I didn’t feel very welcomed at all. After being handed a list of property fees, I noticed the paperwork stated only 1 car was allowed per resident. I currently own two cars. After asking was that a hard rule I just wanted to know if I could just pay for an additional parking space. The manager just said no there’s no work around and just walked off. Treated like trash, and as if I didn’t belong at this property. Never judge a book by its cover, I can comfortably afford this property. If the owner is seeing this, if you ever wonder why your metrics dip… whenever they do… if they aren’t already. Send an undercover potential resident to investigate the experience that your potential customers might be experiencing. Maybe it’s just me, maybe your team was just having one of those days. But that probably was one of the most uncomfortable unwelcoming experiences I’ve ever had at a property. The individual with the locks giving me my tour was amazing though. No complaints with him. He was amazing. On to Sora I go. SMH

  I’m so glad I moved to Vireo last year. It’s easily the best apartment community I’ve lived in so far. The location is fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The amenities are excellent, and the property is consistently well maintained. The apartments themselves are beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed.
