  Vireo has truly felt like home. Everyone at the concierge is always warm and welcoming and always makes residents feel at home. The leasing office has been very responsive and helpful, and Krasi has always taken care of maintenance requests quickly. The building is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with great amenities, plenty of natural light, and is very dog-friendly. The location is hard to beat. Piedmont park is only a 3-minute walk away, and I walk my dog there every day. I honestly would stay here forever if I weren't moving out of state for personal reasons. My move-out situation was a bit unusual, but Devin made the whole process incredibly smooth and easy. Vireo is honestly the best apartment community I have ever lived in, and I highly recommend it!!

  I came to tour the Vireo Apartments with my boyfriend because we were looking for a new place to live in the city, and honestly, it did not live up to the hype at all. The hallways had a noticeable mildew smell, which was an immediate turnoff the moment we walked through the building. The leasing office staff also seemed very unknowledgeable about the history and details of the property, which made the experience feel even less professional. My boyfriend is usually much easier to please when it comes to apartments, but even he immediately said, “No, this is a hard no.” Although the tour appointment was under his name, I still felt it was worth leaving a review because of how disappointing the overall experience was.

  Just had to leave this review because the staff at Vireo Atlanta honestly made me want to live here. Krassi and Said (Maintenance) — you guys are absolute beasts. Fast, professional, friendly, and you actually fix things right the first time. Whether it was a small issue or something bigger, you handled it quickly and with a smile. The building feels brand new because of how well you take care of it. Marlena and Will (Concierge) — you two are the reason this place feels like home. Always welcoming, super helpful, and you remember the residents. Makes a huge difference walking in every day and getting that positive energy. Constantly doing the small things right, from dealing with packages to making sure the coffee machine is always up and running. Honestly, the apartments are nice, the rooftop pool and views are fire, but it’s the people here that make Vireo stand out. Because of Krassi, Said, Marlena, and Will, I’ve already renewed my lease for a 3rd straight year. If you’re apartment hunting in Atlanta, do yourself a favor and check this place out. Best staff I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend! Would give 10 stars if I could!

  Have lived here for 4 years. Great apartment complex with first-class management. You will know the management and maintenance team on a first name basis. Maintenance requests are usually resolved same day by Krassi and the rest of the team. Dog friendly. Great location near Piedmont Park and walkable to the Beltline via the park.

  Our second year at Vireo and it’s been a great experience. Amazing location, beautiful amenities, but what really makes the difference is the management company and the great people they have here. From the leasing office to the concierge, and a special shoutout to the maintenance team, especially Krassi for always being so kind and helpful, and also Said and Gladys who are just wonderful. Definitely recommend this community.
