  I've been here for about a month now, and I've had a really positive experience. From my tour with Jerame to moving in and getting settled, everyone has been kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.

  This is truly one of the worst apartment complexes ever and people are truly not being honest enough in their reviews. I lived here for a year and I remember they kept up on their website that they had a pool that would be opening in Spring. Its now been taken down because there was NEVER a pool. There is an empty space where a pool should have been! Closed off and run down. This apartment was so damn ghetto! I had roaches coming into my unit and I’m a very clean person. I had neighbors with very annoying dogs next door that were so freaking loud. I heard gunshots almost every week from Gresham park that was behind my bedroom window. Walls were PAPER THIN! So my neighbor and I literally heard every aspect of each-others lives. There was no privacy whatsoever. Office staff was horrible with the rudest most nastiest attitudes! There is a reason they still have units under $1,000 because you wont really find that anywhere else in the A. I went through the toughest year of my life in this place. I was miserable living here. I really advise anyone considering it to NEVER move here! Trust me you will regret it. The area is terrible you dont even have quick access to a grocery store! Don’t walk RUN away from this place as fast as you can!!!!

  My leasing agent Jerame is absolutely AWESOME! I told him my situation and how badly I needed to move. He heard me and made the entire process sweatless from the application to move-in. Since I've been here (about 2 weeks now) the minor maintenance requests I've made have all been met next day. The quickest I've ever experienced! Robert, the maintenance guy for my unit is a rockstar, he's so sweet and does a great job. I love it here! Thank you Jerame, Robert, and the entire Vesta Bouldercrest staff!
