  From the moment we toured the Union Eleven property, we knew it was something special. The apartment itself is absolutely fabulous—beautifully designed with exceptional aesthetics, outstanding security, and a level of style that truly sets it apart. Every detail reflects quality and thoughtful planning, making it feel both luxurious and welcoming. What truly made our decision, however, was the phenomenal property manager Will. His professionalism, warmth, responsiveness, and genuine passion for the community made an unforgettable impression. Will took the time to answer every question, made the entire leasing process seamless, and made us feel valued from day one. Thank you William (Will)!!!!

  I thought long and hard about leaving this review. I chose to do so because I truly feel as though my wife and I were misled and scammed. We went to view Union Eleven at the recommendation of an apartment located service. We arrived to our appointment early by about 5 minutes. We waited 40 minutes before the leasing agent showed up. They claimed they were on another tour. We say down and talked to the agent at length about our credit challenges and what we were looking for. He told us that they worked with a company called The Guarantors that could give us a pre approval and that would bypass the traditional application. He said that at least 3 times. We did the application for The Guarantors. He text and said that the application had been approved and to do the complex’s app to pay the applicant fees. We did so immediately. A day or two passed with no contact from Union Eleven so my wife reached out. The gentleman that answered the phone said that the person we worked with was out but he’d be happy to answer our questions. My wife told him we were just looking for an update on the application. He told us that it had been denied. We expressed our confusion because the person that encouraged us to submit the application spoke as though this was a sure thing. The man, I believe his name was Shane, said that he wasn’t sure about that and the person we were working with would contact us the next day. The call never came but a denial letter did. Today, I get a promotional email from the agent that ghosted us advertising a one bedroom. I am not upset about the denial. Like I mentioned, I currently have a challenging credit history so this isn’t my first denial. It was the lack of integrity and blatant disregard for my family’s wellbeing that has pissed me off. Will Hannah misled me and my wife and we believed him. During the tour we confided in him about what we pay monthly in rent. It’s more than twice than the rent of the unit we toured. His deceptive practices have disrupted my family’s comfortability and I’m having a really hard time looking past this. I am deeply disappointed in my experience. The property is beautiful. Very clean, very quiet.

  Toured with Will today. Very kind and helpful in supporting my moving options. The union eleven seems like a great place to live. Construction isn’t over the top at all.

  I recently had the opportunity to visit Union Eleven and was extremely impressed with the entire experience. The community is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The apartments feature modern finishes, spacious layouts, and a luxury feel throughout the property. What truly stood out the most was the management team. Everyone was incredibly professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the touring experience feel seamless and comfortable. It’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about both the property and the residents. The location is also a huge plus, close to great dining, shopping, and everything Buckhead has to offer. Overall, Union Eleven gives a true upscale living experience, and I would absolutely recommend checking them out if you’re searching for a new place to call home.

  DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! this place burned down a few years ago and screwed over a ton of residence because they did not have adequate fire protection on the roof. It is very easy for an occupant to go to the top level of this facility and set the roof on fire. Not to mention air-conditioning units will be placed again on top of the roof even though code inspectors have been telling Atlanta properties to stop doing this. Seriously if you want to save yourself from the loss of a loved one or a pet or all of your belongings find another place to live. This place burned down and tried to pretend like nothing happened. It’s not safe.
