  I want to take a moment to give a huge thank you to the entire staff at Tuscany at Lindbergh. From the very beginning, everyone I interacted with during my move-in process was incredibly polite, welcoming, and informative. They made what can normally be a stressful process feel completely seamless and easy. The maintenance staff also deserves a special shoutout. Whenever I’ve had an issue, they’ve always responded in a timely manner and made sure it was taken care of properly. That level of service and responsiveness really makes a difference. Honestly, this has been one of the best apartment staffs I’ve experienced from top to bottom. Everyone has made me feel welcomed and truly at home. I’m very glad I decided to move to Tuscany at Lindbergh, and I really appreciate the way the entire team has treated me since day one. Thank you all for making this feel like home!

  I lived at Tuscany for a year and absolutely loved it. Honestly, everything felt too good to be true til now. The maintenance team, office staff, management, and the community were all so so amazing. (Especially the maintenance, very fast response even in weekends) No longer live there because the rent increased, but I still think it’s definitely worth moving in. The only issue we had was seeing a few roaches during our first month. However, pest control handled the problem quickly, and we haven’t seen a single roach since the third month.

  The experience that we had here when looking for an apartment was AMAZING. Firstly, we were looking at other apartments and this one kind of fell in our lap. We walked in with no appointment, and Shay greeted us and kindly gave us a tour! She was so good with my kids, and definitely made us feel welcomed. (They even gave me an office space to myself to nurse my baby before we left!) Nadia was just as amazing. She chatted with me when I was waiting for my ride just about life and kids. It really made me feel like this was going to be the perfect place for us! The application process was smooth and FREE to apply which was amazing. They went above and beyond for us during this process. Always answering questions and really having our best interest. Once we moved in, they were so welcoming and kind. I even had flowers on the counter! It was really an amazing experience and I am so thankful we accidentally found this place to call home!
