  I love my apartment at The Slate. My experience here has been amazing. The staff is very attentive and always make sure the community is well maintained. Ricardo and the office staff are very professional and have great customer service. Felipe and Pedro on the maintenance team always answer the work orders promptly. I plan to continue my stay at The Slate because there is no other place I’d rather call home.

  The staff here is really cool. Ricardo is a great manager, handles any questions or concerns I may have, Mario is very welcoming at the front desk, maintenance does there jobs in a timely manner and pretty cool. Niceand clean community to live in!

  I love living here. It’s quiet and very convenient via my commute to work. Parking is a breeze. The only issue is that trash, but I don’t blame management I blame the people living there who send their kids to take out the trash and now it’s a pile of stink trash in front of the compactor. Other than that I definitely give this place a 9/10, my 2bd 2bath is just enough space and more for me and my child. Renewing my lease for the 3rd year this week.

  Absolutely outstanding experience and customer service..Top notch. From start to finish everything exceeded my expectations. All questions asked pertaining to vacancy etc was answered to the best of the management team knowledge. It’s true they care about what they do and value their tenants. I’ll definitely be recommending this complex to everyone I know in the area.

  I had a great experience living here! From the very beginning, the team made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. The customer service is top-tier—everyone is professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The property is well-maintained, and you can tell they take pride in creating a comfortable and positive environment for residents. Any requests I had were handled promptly, which really made a difference in my day-to-day living experience. Overall, this apartment community exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel at home and appreciated, this is definitely it! Thank you for being a great leader Ricardo !
