    I have been a resident for two years and I have had a great experience living at this apartment community. The property is well-maintained, the staff is friendly and responsive, and any maintenance requests are handled promptly. I appreciate the safe environment and the professionalism of the management team. The new assistant manager Latifah Brown has been very welcoming and has always provided excellent customer service and assistance. Overall, it's a comfortable place to call home, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality apartment community.

    I love my apartment and the community! The staff is excellent in informing us. We have community events and gatherings and I’ve never had to wait for maintenance to complete my orders. Thank you Ricardo, Mario and Latifah for all of your work in making sure that we the residents are happy

    If I could recognize anyone, it would be Ron and Felipe. They truly deserve to be celebrated for the incredible work they do every single day. Every time I’ve had to submit a maintenance request, they have responded so quickly and taken care of the issue right away. No matter how big or small the repair, they always show up with a positive attitude, treat me with kindness and respect, and make sure everything is done the right way. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in their work. What stands out most is that they don’t just fix maintenance issues they bring peace of mind. Knowing that I can count on them to respond promptly means so much, especially as a busy parent. Their reliability, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond have made a real difference in my experience. Ron and Felipe, thank you for everything you do. Your hard work often happens behind the scenes, but it does not go unnoticed. You have made my home feel safer, more comfortable, and cared for. I am truly grateful for your dedication, and I hope you know how much your efforts are appreciated. Thank you for always showing up, working hard, and making a positive impact on our community.

    It was absolutely a pleasure meeting The manager Ricardo Yesterday on my tour. I really enjoyed my time with him. He was pleasant and knowledgeable, He seemed like he is really here to make a difference Residents! Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.     If I could leave 0 stars... I most definitely would. Very disappointed with my experience living here. The biggest issue has been communication and accountability. I submitted a maintenance request for a damaged cabinet and clearly stated that I wanted the cost BEFORE any repair was scheduled or completed. Despite that, I later received a call saying the repair had already been scheduled. Management then told me one price over the phone, but when I checked my account, a completely different amount had already been posted without my consent or communication. I am still waiting to receive documentation showing how the amount was calculated which I have already emailed them asking for. Definitely doesn't look like $500 worth of work to me. Mind you we paid almost $3,500 to move into a non renovated unit that is roughly $1200 a month. They get over on people thats their scheme. I have also tried communicating concerns about being placed in a first-floor unit when I originally signed the lease for a second floor unit..with heavy bushes and significant wasp activity outside the patio area. Instead of working toward solutions, interactions have felt dismissive and extremely focused on enforcement. I understand leases have rules and repairs cost money. What I do not understand is inconsistent communication, surprise charges, and residents having to chase answers after decisions appear to already be made. If transparency and customer service matter to you, ask detailed questions and get everything in writing. In other words.. stay far away from this place. I can't wait until my lease is over !
