  Atlanta apartment used the word luxury to loosely! This apartment is far from luxury in all honesty. This is bottom of the barrel. The amount of maintenance request I put in since living here. From the parking situation, Some of the doors to the complex handles are broken, The gate is always broken, but you secured parking. I just came home to my entire closet shelf on the floor. The hallways are always dirty. They are always sending an email about us having our trash cans move from in front of our doors at the certain time, how about you guys clean up the trash around this complex and stop worrying about if my trashcan is outside my door by a certain time. Make this livable place that’s actually worth peoples money. Majority of these reviews are from people tour in the complex honestly, I don’t know what the hype is about, but I wouldn’t suggest moving here.

  I am a current resident and just received a notice about a trash bag. The valet trash is not consistent nightly picking up trash as he/she is supposed to be. My bag is sitting on top of the bin as it should be in the size bag it is supposed to be in. I do not complain if the trash is not picked up nightly due to the recent inconvenience of the fire in the parking lot so I understood trash services were delayed. I go to work at 6:30 in the morning and do not return until 5:30/6:30 in the evening so my trash is never placed outside my residence out of the time allowed. I just renewed my lease and I am regretting I did I will it be renewing again.

  I love the layout of the property , and the staff that works the leasing office are very kind and respectful! In particular Jade was very sweet , and helped me where help was needed!

  Jade was super helpful! She showed us multiple apartments and kept our preferences in mind. She worked everything out with us so we knew what the total prices would be with amenities included. This was the most helpful tour I’ve been in!
