I would strongly advise anyone considering moving here to think twice, especially if you expect management to take resident concerns seriously. One of the biggest issues has been the conduct of a security staff member named PJ. In my experience, his behavior has been extremely unprofessional. Residents have been subjected to racial slurs, including the N-word, which is completely unacceptable in any residential community. There have also been inappropriate interactions involving residents’ wives/partners. What makes the situation even worse is the lack of response from the leasing office. Concerns have been brought to management, yet it feels like absolutely nothing meaningful is being done to address them. Residents should be able to feel safe, respected, and comfortable where they live. No one should have to worry about being subjected to racial slurs or inappropriate behavior from someone who is supposed to be providing security. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend living here unless management makes serious changes and begins holding staff accountable.

I’ve been living at The Ren since 2018, and after being here for so many years, I can honestly say it has truly become home. I’ve had a great experience overall, and a big part of that is the staff. The staff is always pleasant, professional, and welcoming. Whenever I’ve had a question, needed assistance, or had an issue come up, they’ve always been willing to help and make sure things are taken care of. That level of consistency really means a lot, especially when you’ve called a community home for this long. When you are good to people, they will be good to you. I appreciate the atmosphere, the people, and the sense of familiarity I’ve built here over the years. Eight years is a long time to stay anywhere, and the fact that I’m still here says a lot. If you’re looking for a place that feels welcoming, comfortable, and well cared for, I would absolutely recommend The Ren.

Great affordable, peaceful, and stylish apartments. The leasing agents have addressed any concerns that I may have though they are few in numbers.

My experience at The Ren at Brookhaven was outstanding from start to finish. Amari was amazing throughout the entire process. She made it seamless and easy, and also she has such a positive attitude and very professional. I love my new unit and the community. If i could give more than five stars I would.
