From start to finish, she provided outstanding and consistent customer service that truly made the entire leasing process smooth a nd stress-free. She was extremely welcoming during the tour, very knowledgeable about the community, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Jhulytza was incredibly efficient and professional she was able to get me approved ASAP, and all of the required documentation was completed quickly and without any issues. Her communication was clear, prompt, and reassuring every step of the way, which made a huge difference. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and about helping people find the right place to call home. I would highly recommend the Pullman Apartments to anyone looking for a great living experience, and I especially recommend working with Jhulytza Ramos. She is truly a gem and made this experience nothing short of excellent!
