She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the community. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made me feel welcome, and never made me feel rushed. The property was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and her positive attitude made the tour even better. If you’re looking for a new place to call home, I highly recommend scheduling a tour with Jhulytza. She made the entire experience enjoyable!

For her to be so far along she toured me up to the 3rd floor and around the community like she wasn't pregnant and it showed dedication!! Her personality is so loving and kind. We literally laughed almost the whole time I was there. Putting in my application, can't wait to call this place home!

As a deaf individual, I felt that I was not treated with respect or provided with appropriate accommodations. Instead of communicating clearly and professionally, I felt ignored and taken advantage of because of my disability. In addition, my money orders were held for an extended period because they were not properly updated in the system, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company, especially to members of the deaf community. Management needs significant improvement in both customer service and accessibility for individuals with disabilities.
