  I’ve been living in this apartment complex for less than two months, and unfortunately, I’ve encountered several concerning issues, especially considering the property’s marketing as a “luxury” apartment community. The Wi-Fi, which residents are essentially required to use, frequently goes down. This is particularly frustrating for me since I work from home and rely on a stable internet connection for my work. There’s a significant amount of smoking throughout the community, and the smell of marijuana is especially strong in the hallways and common areas, particularly after 11 PM to 12 AM. It can be quite unpleasant simply walking through the property. The pool and clubhouse are closed at 6 PM, which feels extremely restrictive, especially considering the rent residents are paying. I understand that these restrictions may be in place due to issues with residents, but it feels unfair that everyone has to lose access because of the actions of a few. Several pieces of gym equipment are broken and have not been properly addressed. My apartment’s front door lock frequently jams. Maintenance has come out, but instead of addressing the issue with the door jamming and not closing properly, they simply replace the battery. I still have to pull the door in a certain way just to get it to close properly, which is frustrating and concerning from a security standpoint. The hallways are frequently left with food and garbage, and these areas are not consistently cleaned. I’ve even picked up trash myself because I don’t like seeing it sitting there. I’ve sent emails regarding this issue, but so far, I haven’t seen any meaningful improvement. Main gate: One of the main gates has been broken for more than five days and still has not been repaired. For a community that promotes itself as a luxury property, issues like this should be addressed much more promptly. Overall, I am disappointed because this property has the potential to be a really nice place to live, but the ongoing maintenance, cleanliness, access, and management issues make it difficult to feel like I’m getting the “luxury” experience that the price of the rent suggests. I am hoping management takes these concerns seriously and gets things under control. I have only been here for less than two months, and I would really like to see improvements because, at this point, the experience is not living up to what was advertised.

  Jhulytza did a great job as hosting and taking care of me on my tour, it was a breeze. Next step is locking in my new home with the community! Would highly recommend any future residents to work with her.

  Current broken: 1. Internet (that they force you to have and pay a fee every month for) for the last 2 days with no end in sight. I work from home and the service here sucks. 2. Main gate. This was a big reason we choose the apartment. Its been open for the last 4 days with no updates or end in sight. 3. Grills at the pool In the past few months: Both gate broke multiple times Pool closed Gym closed early Residents computer stolen Multiple complaints that management doesn't take seriously Don't worry though, they set up cameras to watch the trash to make sure people don't throw out bed frames and none of the issues are their fault apparently. No accountability. It was supposed to be new but was obviously built cheaply and they slapped luxury on top of it. Don't waste your time!

  I had a great experience with Jaylen Lyons during the apartment leasing process. He was extremely thorough, transparent, and knowledgeable from start to finish. He took the time to speak with my mother over the phone, patiently answered all of her questions, and made sure she had a clear understanding of everything. What really stood out was that Jaylen went above and beyond by driving around the community himself and reassuring my mother that the property was clean, well-maintained, and safe. That level of personal attention and professionalism made a big difference and gave us peace of mind. Jaylen provided excellent customer service and made what could have been a stressful leasing process feel easy and comfortable. I highly recommend working with him if you're looking for someone who is honest, professional, and genuinely willing to help. Five-star service!

  Jhulytza is by far the best property manager, I’ve worked with in all my years of seeking apartments. I never do reviews unless I truly mean what I say and she lives up to all the positive reviews I read about before visiting the property. Definitely one of my top favorite apartments with the best amenities and exceptional property management. Just wish this property was in a more central area. Other than that, absolutely no complaints!
