  I had a wonderful experience with Jay during my apartment tour! He was very kind, professional, well-dressed, and welcoming from the moment we met. He took the time to show me around the property and explain every detail about the apartments, the living spaces, and the amenities. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, making sure I understood everything and felt comfortable throughout the entire tour. His friendly personality and professionalism made the experience enjoyable, and he truly went above and beyond to make a great first impression. Jay is an excellent representative of the community, and I appreciate the time and effort he put into making my visit a positive experience. Thank you, Jay, for your outstanding customer service!

  Please think twice before spending your money on an application here. No one called me before or after my denial to discuss my application or explain the decision. I had to call multiple times and investigate the reason myself. For a property that markets itself as luxury, the lack of customer service makes the experience feel pretty basic. Luxury is more than appearances and amenities. It should include communication, professionalism, and respect for every applicant, regardless of the outcome. I reached out for help using the same email address they repeatedly provide in their Google review responses, but I never received a reply. It only takes a minute to respond, just as it took a moment to collect the $200 in application fees. Experiences like this make me take the warnings and concerns shared by people who have actually lived at a property more seriously. Sometimes, the way a business treats prospective residents tells you a lot before you ever become a resident. No blessing is ever blocked. Sometimes, you're just being redirected away from a shiny problem disguised as an opportunity. ✨

  Thulytza took me on a tour today and she was great. Communicated very well and answered the additional questions I had with a smile. I appreciate feeling welcomed. Hopefully this will be my new home.
