- ABAnt B6 days ago1.0Far from great the level of professionalism is an all time low. I have contacted corporate who never answers the phone nor calls back and when I finally talk with someone they pointed me to the regional manager Teryn Brown and I can never I mean NEVER get a call back or email from her. The leasing office at the Paramount will not answer the phone or email back as I have been trying to dispute an improper charge of rent after I gave proper notice and RETURNED keys before the 1st. This is ridiculous and unacceptable knowing they shouldn’t be charging me this needs to be handled ASAP

Found mold under cabinets & underneath the carpet. also had plumbing issues only a MONTH in, the cheapest toilet seats so flimsy! low quality paint a small stain will never come off! THIS IS JUST NOT THE PLACE TO MOVE I regret it so much!

I took accountability for a one time situation involving my 3 year old child, but instead of a respectful conversation, I was interrupted, judged based on assumptions, and not allowed to explain. She hung up on me when I told her that I didn’t want to go back in forth with her. I completely understand the importance of maintaining community standards and have already acknowledged my role as a parent. However, respectful and professional communication should go both ways. I hope management can improve how concerns are handled so residents feel heard and treated fairly.
