  My experience with the property manager, Tamika, was very unprofessional. I took accountability for a one time situation involving my 3 year old child, but instead of a respectful conversation, I was interrupted, judged based on assumptions, and not allowed to explain. She hung up on me when I told her that I didn’t want to go back in forth with her. I completely understand the importance of maintaining community standards and have already acknowledged my role as a parent. However, respectful and professional communication should go both ways. I hope management can improve how concerns are handled so residents feel heard and treated fairly.

  I lost my job lost sleep my kids lost sleep and missed days in schools I never been so tired and miserable in my entire life my Aunt told me to gather all my documents and take it to court I never in my life had to pay so much money to live so uncomfortable the neighbors upstairs keep me up all night and wake me up early in the morning I get no rest I’ve been asking the rent office put it in consideration that they have people that live under them nothing has changed I pay damn near $2,000 and have no peace whatsoever and on top of that they litter throwing things over the balcony for rent to be so high and people to be so disgusting and walls to be real thin I’m not happy I’ve been taking my anger out on others because of me having no sleep this is not healthy… if you a YN tho this location is perfect for them type cause no rules apply out here you can do whatever you want and get away with it they already out here putting trackers on people cars tampering with people cars and all however I say all this to say These are nice apartments on the inside maintenance are always on time great amenities I tried to make mines into a home but I knew I didn’t belong out here God knew it to that’s why he put me under people like that that stay over me to push me harder into getting what I really want and that was to buy a house and make it a home so through all the bs I went through in the last 7 months living here I was being prepared for some greater on the other side. God is good all the time he know exactly what he be doing so that mean a building will be available soon🥰 this was the worst experience that I never want to go through and don’t wish it on no one!!
