  I had such a wonderful experience working with Joy during my apartment search! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to give me a great tour, answer all of my questions, and made leasing my apartment feel easy and stress free. The apartment itself is beautiful, and the community is clean, peaceful, and very well kept. Joy truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. I really appreciate her patience, kindness, and professionalism, and I would highly recommend Mitchell to anyone looking for a new home. She made the entire experience such a positive one!

  Absolutely beautiful and if attending an event at Mercedes-Benz stadium 🏟 this is the perfect place to stay. Atlanta oasis BNB the room was beautiful and the view was amazing 👏 highly recommend 👌

  Red flag number 1: you will never get any one on the phone. I repeatedly had to walk in. I assumed because this was a new community. Red flag number 2: my credit card repeatedly declined the application. I called to see why they said the merchant was blocked for fraud I found other means to pay the 300 application fee. I have NEVER been denied for anything in my life, so when my application instantly said “Application Denied“ I reached out repeatedly and got no response until I walked in the office. I asked for the screening company’s information so I could see exactly what they were talking about, and THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER! So y’all took my application money, the rent amount on my application doesn’t match what the unit was advertised for, I received no explanation for the denial, and when I physically came in looking for answers, I was given a number that doesn’t even go to the right company??? SCAMMY AS HELL. At this point, I feel like I’m being sent in circles instead of being given straightforward information about what happened to my application. This whole experience felt like dealing with scammers and I would NOT recommend applying here based on my experience. I’m relocating to Atlanta for a job. Online leading and phone communication is a 0/10. I was talking to a resident outside she told me I should be happy because she hates her unit. I’m going to take my fair warning. This is yours.
