I booked for a 11:00 am tour, and I toured with Angela. She was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the community. She answered any questions that I had, and made sure I felt comfortable during the tour. I look forward to being a future resident here.

Unfortunately, my experience with the management and leasing team at this property has been extremely disappointing.
Even if you schedule a tour in advance and have a confirmed appointment, be prepared to sit in the lobby for 45–50 minutes or longer before someone acknowledges that you are there. In my experience, I had to approach security multiple times just to remind them that I had a scheduled appointment and ask them again to contact the management/leasing office.
The lack of organization goes far beyond waiting. Throughout my interactions with the management team, I encountered inconsistent information, inaccurate information, poor communication, and an overall lack of professionalism and respect for people’s time.
The property may market itself as a luxury building, but a luxury experience is not defined only by the lobby, amenities, or appearance of the building. The quality of management and the way residents and prospective residents are treated are equally important. Unfortunately, there is a very significant gap between the image this property presents and the level of service I experienced.
I encountered far too many red flags during my interactions with management to feel comfortable moving forward. And that is particularly concerning because this was before even signing a lease. If this is the level of communication, organization, and consideration you receive while they are still trying to earn your business, it naturally raises serious concerns about what the experience may be like once you have signed a lease and made a financial commitment.
I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this property pay very close attention to how the leasing and management process is handled before making a commitment.
If you value your time, good communication, professional management, and overall quality of life, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this property.
A building can look luxurious, but without competent and responsive management, the luxury label means very little.

I booked a tour for 4:00 p.m. & arrived early at approximately 3:15 p.m. When I checked in, the concierge asked for my name and appointment time, and I provided both. I then sat in the lobby and waited until after 4:15 p.m, over an hour from the time I arrived only to be told that no one could find my reservation.
When I asked Dante (the leasing agent ) why I wasn’t informed sooner that there was an issue with my appointment, he stated that the concierge had only told him there was “a client” waiting. That explanation didn’t make sense to me because I had given the concierge my name and appointment time when I checked in & heard her call. Around 4:09 p.m., I also overheard Dante call the front desk and say he didn’t see me in the system. Instead of coming to address the situation promptly, I was left waiting even longer.
What was most disappointing wasn’t the scheduling issue itself, it was the complete lack of professionalism and communication. I was never initially told there was a problem with my appointment, no one apologized for wasting my time, and no one offered to reschedule or provide any solution. When Dante finally came to speak with me, there wasn’t even a greeting or acknowledgment of the hour I had spent waiting. The only response I received was, “I don’t see your appointment.”
I also did not see anyone leave the leasing office during the entire hour I was waiting, which left me wondering whether he was actually assisting other clients. If he was, delays happen and I understand that. However, that doesn’t excuse leaving someone sitting in the lobby for over an hour without a single update.
To make matters worse, I’m a licensed real estate agent and was touring this community on behalf of a client. First impressions matter, and this experience reflected a complete lack of respect for my time and, by extension, my client’s time. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this community to my clients or fellow agents.
A scheduling mistake is one thing. Wasting over an hour of someone’s time because of poor communication, offering no apology, and making no effort to resolve the issue is unacceptable. I expected far better!!!
