  Could use a lotttt of work when it comes to leasing office communications. If residents have been without water all day, communication needs to be sent as soon as possible not at the very very end of the day. Rent issues need to be ironed out without constant follow up. Insulation is poor for what is called to be a luxury high rise. There are gnats & random bugs throughout the gym - I see gnats in the elevator, and even my unit. The building doesn’t quite live up to its luxury name as of right now , & it’s disappointing because at its price point these should not be daily concerns.

  Leasing Agent Dante Miller was the best. He walked me through the whole process so it was smooth from beginning to end. The way he showed the property made me know I needed to live here. Glad to call The Mitchell my new home.

  This apartment community has been one of the most inconsistent and poorly managed application processes I have experienced. My original application was approved before I was even asked to provide basic income documentation. Because that made no sense, I withdrew and reapplied in order to properly submit my income documents and ensure a fair and accurate evaluation based on my actual income, which comfortably meets the required rent-to-income ratio. After doing exactly what was requested, my application was suddenly denied with no clear explanation that aligns with the prior approval. The decision-making process has been completely inconsistent from the start. To make matters worse, I received a denial letter dated June 4th, followed days later by a second letter dated June 10th stating my application was “conditionally approved” and referencing “Executive Action” as the reason. As of June 13th, I have received no direct communication from the property explaining these conflicting outcomes or what my actual status is. Dante, who initially approved the application, also provided conflicting and contradictory information throughout the process. When I reapplied, I was immediately told I would not receive a refund, despite the community’s stated criteria indicating refunds may apply when applications are denied. Overall, the entire process has lacked transparency, consistency, and clear communication. The shifting decisions, unexplained status changes, and absence of follow-up reflect poorly on how applications are handled here. Due to these unresolved inconsistencies and lack of clarity in the application process, I will be seeking further review through the Georgia Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division. Prospective residents should proceed with caution and ensure they get everything in writing, as the application process does not appear to be handled consistently or clearly.

  Never lived in a high rise where I can hear anything that my upstairs neighbor is doing, but definitely not taking steps, using their garbage disposal & quite literally whatever else they do up there. Pretty poorly constructed. Additionally, the leasing office doesn’t seem to be fully organized which is annoying, but it is what it is. Only a few months in & sure that I won’t be renewing my lease

  Dante was such a delight. He provided a wonderful salon tour. My friend applied the same day she toured with him and he got her a great deal within her budget.
