The property is beautiful with great amenities but the leasing staff is unorganized and unprofessional. My past 3 apartments have been brand new luxury apartments so I am familiar with standard procedures. As a property managment professional I was very underwhelmed with the service from the leasing team. My tour was with Dante. He was nice but management is unorganized. A luxury apartment does not end at modern finishes and beautiful amenities, the property must be adequately managed with properly trained staff. The managment company should invest more into their staff to ensure operations are running accordingly. Currently, the staff seems to consist of one property manager or assistant manager and a group of interns. I am all for giving entry level professionals a chance to progress in their career, but for an apartment like the Mitchell, the stakes are higher and should be managed by professionals with more experience. I will not be applying to this property 100% because of the leasing staff. If I am locking into a lease for at least 12-16 months, I want to ensure that business is handled appropriately, and I don't trust this team to be consistent in delivering satifactory services. Lastly, the reviews and responses to said reviews seem to be disingenuous and AI generated, directing residents to reach out to the leasing team in which many could not get a hold of, so I will pass on this property and stay elsewhere. I recently toured The Mitchell Apartments and had an amazing experience from start to finish. David gave me the tour, and his professionalism, hospitality, and customer service truly stood out. He was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough in explaining everything, and made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout the entire process.
Since I recently moved to Atlanta and have toured several properties while searching for a new home, I can honestly say this was one of the best touring experiences I’ve had. David made the experience feel personal, comfortable, and informative rather than rushed or transactional.
The tour alone gave me enough confidence to move forward with applying because of how positive the experience was. If you’re considering living here, I definitely recommend scheduling a tour with David.

We were approved for a unit and had already signed/executed a lease for the apartment we were supposed to move into on Monday. Since the leasing office is closed on Sundays, we scheduled a tour on Saturday to view the exact unit before move-in. Thankfully we did, because that’s when we found out — without any prior communication — that they had changed our unit.
Not only was the unit changed, but they moved us into a smaller unit that does not accommodate the necessities and features we originally applied and signed for. No one called us, emailed us, or notified us at any point that the original unit was no longer available or that changes were being made to our lease agreement.
When we asked when the original unit would actually be ready, no one could provide an answer. We were told the leasing manager was out of state and had not been communicating properly with the leasing office staff. We even expressed that we were willing to extend our move-in date if necessary, but there was no effort made to accommodate us or keep us informed from the beginning.
Instead, we were basically told our options were to accept the smaller unit or cancel the application entirely — the day before move-in. Had we not decided to tour the property that Saturday, we would have shown up on move-in day completely blindsided.
For a luxury apartment community, this experience was extremely disorganized, unprofessional, and disappointing. Communication and transparency should be a priority, especially when people are planning a move and signing legal lease documents. We hope corporate looks into how this situation was handled and ensures better diligence, accountability, and communication from the leasing office moving forward

I had such a great experience working with Angela Matos-Edwards at The Mitchell! She was professional, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the entire leasing process. Angela made everything feel smooth and stress-free, always answering my questions and keeping me updated along the way. Her kindness and positive attitude really stood out and made me even more excited about becoming part of the community. Highly recommend asking for Angela if you’re looking for excellent customer service!
