- CRCourtney Robinson5 days ago5.0I wanted to leave another review because the changes under Totianna’s management have really been noticeable. Ken came to our unit three days in a row and knocked out several things that had been bothering us for a while. Even when he had to order parts, he came back as soon as they arrived, instead of us having to follow up or submit another request. Ken is genuinely such an asset to the maintenance team. He was kind, thorough, and made sure everything was actually taken care of before moving on. We’ve been really happy with the changes we’ve seen around the property so far, and it’s nice to feel like things are being handled with more urgency and care.
