I’ve had a great experience at Lofts at Atlantic Station. The apartments are beautiful, well-designed, and very comfortable to live in. Over time, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the overall management of the property.
The administration has clearly made an effort to maintain the community at a higher standard. The common areas are consistently clean, maintenance requests are handled properly and in a timely manner, and security within the shared spaces has noticeably improved.
I especially want to recognize Adriana, who is in charge at the office. She has been professional, attentive, and proactive in ensuring residents feel heard and supported. Her leadership is definitely reflected in the positive changes throughout the property.
I would also like to recognize Zac, who is in charge of maintenance. He is extremely efficient, professional, and always brings a positive attitude. Whenever an issue arises, he responds promptly and works diligently to resolve it as quickly as possible. His availability and willingness to help truly make a difference in the community and provide residents with peace of mind.
Overall, this community has improved greatly, and it truly shows.
Hello just wanted to add the property head of mgmt Jess and the head maintenance guy Zach i mentioned Adriana in my last post, this is the best trio in rental,im funny i like spending my money with folks that at least care, their attitude is what keeps me re-signing leases, and im not easy to please,i saw where someone posted about some roaches, that is a lie,i saw one waterbug,in 2 1/2 years, its a vibe, its a loft, versus a flat, great excersise, going up and down those stairs, but seriously they are great folks!

If you’re thinking about signing a lease, budget an extra $60–80/month for your own exterminator because the building’s “pest control” is a joke. They spray the hallways once in a blue moon and call it a day, but the roaches are literally inside the walls—crawl out of light-switch plates, drop from ceiling vents, and parade across the kitchen counter at 2 a.m. like they pay rent.
No matter how much you clean, you will spend so much extra time trying to scrub and seal every crack and it does nothing because they are in the walls.I’ve found them in silverware drawers, inside the microwave, and swimming in a cereal bowl I left in the sink for ten minutes. The office keeps promising “treatment is scheduled,” yet nothing changes. It’s not a few bugs; it’s an infestation the property refuses to address. Save yourself the headache—look elsewhere.

I’ve been living in ATL lofts for 2 years, as a New Yorker the connivence is amazing! I have everything I could need in one stop shop! The leasing agent Pinchas is always so helpful and friendly! He literally takes his due diligence to make sure I’m taking care of. I honest don’t plan on moving no time soon!
Pinchas gave us a wonderful insightful tour of the property. Thank you!
