  I choose to not move here because of bug issues from another complex the street over but Adrianna is great very professional everthing of me deciding to not move here has nothing to do with her

  LONG STORY SHORT: ROACH INFESTATION, GATE ISSUES, etc! Pros: location and proximity to everything. We live in building 2S (265 18th st). I’m glad to see that other residents are starting to review the lofts truthfully. If you’re reading this, please search reviews by NEWEST and LOWEST. I’m also shocked at the response to the reviews from Atlantic Station Lofts Management. On one review, their excuse was “we don’t see this profile as a resident”. Well of course if people are still residents they may not leave a review under their real names!!! But what they are saying is true. Even myself, I have multiple neighbors who say they have told the office about the BUG ISSUE! There ARE ROACHES and they seem to be doing nothing about it! From BABY ROACHES TO VERY LARGE ONES! We won’t be living here when our lease is up in 2026! We can’t even invite family over anymore! We’ve cleared our entire apartment to just find out, as Mr.Ryan stated in the review, they’re coming out of the walls more than likely! We discovered this by having to tape outlets, and one day one outlet had several babies and adults literally directly under it. We have spent HUNDREDS, going on THOUSANDS at this point having to purchase roach bait, professional ADVION products after research and all!. And we are still having trouble because clearly management isnt doing anything about it for the entire building! One or 2 units doing their job is not going to get the job done! So again, they are doing nothing about it and if you move here BEWARE. There are also constant gate /entrance issues. We’ve even had a neighbor move out recently and just moved down the street to the AMLI because they couldn’t take it anymore. And to be honest, we have been ultimately shocked about the roaches the past few months. We thought no way, because after being here about 2-3 years we have experienced water bugs, but never roaches! And now it’s clearly an infestation in the building! It seems it’s possible that some new tenants brought them and it has spread tremendously. No one has any reason to lie about the lofts or tear them down, but these issues HAVE to be addressed and resolved! And their lack of empathy or acknowledgement makes it 10x worse! Honestly we are thinking about breaking the lease at this point via legal direction, due to documented safety hazards involving pests and also inadequate safety measures in place (gates not working, gates open, cars broken into, etc). The lofts are not providing proper living arrangements and safety that they promise!

  Great location, nice apartments you should really check out in person, the pics and floor plans don’t do them justice. The loft aesthetic just opens up so much space. The office is great, couple times had maintenance requests they were prompt. I’d say best location in all of Atlanta, the restaurants and shopping and grocery all right there is unmatched. With the underground garage you don’t even need to go outside to get to most of it! That was a life savor a few rainy days needing some groceries! BUT the noise is a serious problem. The walls are paper thin. You are going to hear every word of every conversation from all sides and from anything in the halls. And the nightlife is usually going until around 3-4am which then only gives you a few hours until 6am when cleaning and construction begin outside. The leasing office has put up flyers warning of the late night noise and threats of fines but it’s had zero effect. If you have any sort of normal day job you will need ear plugs. The other knock is how messy the building always is. Not for lack of cleaning, see it done almost daily but the residents just don’t care, there is always food and drink trash in the halls, elevator, and mailroom lobby. As well dog piss constantly in halls and elevators.

  I cannot say enough good things about my experience leasing at the Lofts and with Tiffany! She was so helpful and informative at every step of the process. The building and it’s staff are welcoming and it’s incredibly clean. (They were literally shampooing the hallway when I moved in) My loft looks brand new! Tiffany was always there to answer my questions and even gave me a wonderful tour of the property before I moved in. I am so grateful I found this place!

  Super disappointed with the management and leasing office. I called their office and they told me to come in for a tour same day before 5pm. I went all the way to their office to find out they were closed. It was 4pm! Out of the 10 phone calls I made, only one was answered and I was provided wrong information. Definitely an indication this management is one to avoid. Too bad, the units seemed nice.
