  I am staying in Kinsle for the past 3 years now. Every community has its own positives and negatives. Kinsley has more positives and it’s assuring this is the best community nearby Dunwoody/sandy springs Marta station. This makes Kinsley number 1 preferred for people working from Downtown towards Alpharetta. The plumbing and electrical maintenance is great, 0 complaints so far. Quality of home is admiring. The community office team mates and maintenance members are very responsive and cooperative. Positives: Location Quality of home Quality of spares used Roof height Parking space Maintenance process Community response Amenities like swimming pool and tennis court Parcel hub Smartly operated community gates Restroom and Bathtub space Setbacks but merely not negatives: No internet cafe No smart entrance home doors No cctv cameras apart from entrance

  My experience here at The Kinsley has been a good one. I renewed my lease earlier this month (new least Aug 1st). The Office is excellent----Christina and Jon have taken great care of me. The staff there in general is good and little turnover. Thanks to the office for your help my 1st year here. Maintenance is actually the best maintenance team I've seen at any apartment complex I have lived in, for sure. They have 3 guys plus a grounds keeper and all 4 are great. (hope I got that # correct) The 3 men who come out to complete the work orders are fast, efficient and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about those guys. I've had a couple things which needed attention quickly and they responded VERY quickly. Top notch! Between the office, maintenance and a very chill group of tenants, I'll give 5 stars out of 5. Everyone has a different experience, but I can say mine has been excellent. -Scott Witte

  Amazing community and tour! I toured with Desiree and she was so thorough and knowledgeable about the community and units I was shown. 10/10 leasing agent! Highly recommended touring with her!

  Desiree is absolutely amazing!!! She genuinely cared to show the units we were interested/ wanted to see. The customer service is something unmatched. I do not live here but the units were beautiful and the options of classic and modern are BOTH very cutesyyyyy! But thank you Desiree, you are great and to be working there only 1 month? She knew everything!!👏

  The leasing consultant Desiree was very nice and pleasant. The property is well-maintained. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an affordable, nice place to live.
