  ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! Scammers. They will waste your time, and Money. The office staff is completely clueless about their own approval requirements. They put you through an insane amount of UNNECESSARY STRESS. Their rent prices go up to $300 more overnight. They would take your money with no hesitation and will shamelessly violate and invade your personal information privacy for no reason! Had my husband and I submitting all sources of documentation and proof of income ,only for them to claim it wasn’t enough. Mind you our income combined was more than 4 times the rent! We got approved instantly elsewhere way nicer with zero issues. My recommendation is TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY, specially if they still use approveshield to do screening.

  I've been at this property for 5 years and have gone through many changes in property management firms. Some things like neighborhood-wide plumbing issues and other maintenance related issues are frustrating. However, in the 5 years I've been here, John Corona has been the best front office representative I've worked with. He's been extremely professional and prompt. I can trust him with my concerns and that he'll help us resolve them. I've started to correspond with Fernando recently this year and he's been helpful and a great communicator so far. Appreciate John and Fernando for all that they do!

  FRAUD, Terrible experience, wasted my time and money. They would put you through a nightmare with their application process. With super invasive exhaustive documentation requirements “for proof”. Very unnecessary. After my wife and I provided all documentation, tax returns docs, linking bank accounts, offer letters, they had the audacity to ask for more because it was not enough to the point they required us to link our IRS Accounts. Which at that point we felt we had no right to our own privacy. So we decided not to continue dealing with them. I applied in a different location, in a brand new apartment complex. Got approved in less than 2 hours. So everyone AVOID this place at all costs, it would save you the headache and your money!
