They are keeping information from the tenants. They are scamming with tow fees when there is absolutely no where to park. They offer valet who takes forever. Women have to park far away which is dangerous if you get off work late, and cross the busy street to get home if the valet isn't around, which is often... because again they are slow and can make you late for work. The way they are handling this catastrophe where tenants lost their vehicles in the collapse is horrible. They do not care!
