  This place has a structural issue. The garage collapsed due to a fire and their water pressure was too low to put out timely and properly. They are keeping information from the tenants. They are scamming with tow fees when there is absolutely no where to park. They offer valet who takes forever. Women have to park far away which is dangerous if you get off work late, and cross the busy street to get home if the valet isn't around, which is often... because again they are slow and can make you late for work. The way they are handling this catastrophe where tenants lost their vehicles in the collapse is horrible. They do not care!

  Google review Do not live here. When I toured it SEEMED like good place to live, however, what they don’t show on the tour is piling up trash in the parking garage, dirty floors, roaches, and the leasing office’s attitude! After the fire in the parking garage and me LOSING MY CAR, management can’t even respond to a single email of mine. Mind you, THEY REQUESTED residents who lost their cars to reach out with information and their new vehicle information and they can’t even confirm receipt of the email?? If you’re expecting even basic communication or empathy after a major incident, you’re going to be very disappointed. Then there’s the “valet parking” situation. Management enforces poorly explained rules that make daily life unnecessarily difficult. You’re not allowed to park your own car in a garage you pay for, and if you happen to have more than one car, they won’t even allow you to keep it on property. It doesn’t make sense and it’s completely out of touch with residents’ needs. To make matters worse, the office staff has developed a consistently unpleasant attitude. Instead of being helpful or professional, they come across as passive-aggressive and irritated, like residents asking basic questions are somehow an inconvenience. I should not be met with an attitude every time I ask a question regarding the parking garage. I can’t even get any insurance money paid out because they won’t speak to me about it!! By the way, none of their review responses are even genuine, and I doubt any of their responses to people are. See the attached “response” saying “Hi [Name]”, they’re just trying to clear their image not fix ANY situations they’ve caused. The only positive of this entire community is Sierra. She is the only good person in the office and I truly wish the best for her. However, that does not make it worth it to live here. If you value responsiveness or even a minimal level of respect from management, you should seriously think twice before moving here.
