Tenants pay hard-earned money to live here and deserve to be treated with basic respect and decency, not met with nasty attitudes and a total lack of customer service. A toxic management office ruins the entire living experience and makes residents feel unwelcome in their own homes.

- GSGeorge StewartJun 12, 20261.0The greens at cascade has fell way down ive been here 4 years and six months and crime here is rampant with car break ins my apartment was shot up with a bullet going through my bedroom wall all the way through the closet door constant gun fire every week kids coming to your door asking to take out the trash abundants of stray cats going in and out of the trash cans pissy smelling brezee ways dont fix things on a timely basis the front office wont take the time to walk the premisis all can of people entering the property causing trouble which is forcing me and my wife to move other kids from the next door appartments e jumping in the pool who are not residents here garbage and trash thrown on the grounds poor security who sleeps on duty if you are thinking of renting this place DONT....
- RGR GJun 5, 20245.0Although the school district was horrible I really enjoyed my spacious 3/br here. This house was HUGE. Every room had walk in closets. The staff and maintenance were very friendly and will be missed.
