  I enjoy living here going on two years Charles is very helpful and always straightforward when assisting me .the grounds are well kept every one stays to there self .and I enjoy going for walks in the area its location is definitely prime and with GSP next door makes me feel a lot safer .thank you for having such a wonderful property for me to call home .

  The Grant has nice bathroom floors ,the floors are unique and different My apartment feels like home .

  Tobias in the leasing office has been amazing. From showing me the exact apartment, to walking me through the application process. This place is renovated and clean. Exactly what I was looking for.
