- CCCurse CurlyJul 6, 20261.0Management needs to do a better job when hiring concierge staff. There is one particular concierge whose performance has been consistently disappointing. From my experience, and based on conversations with other residents, many people have had similar concerns.He spends most of his shift on his phone and often appears disengaged from his responsibilities. On multiple occasions, he redirected my packages to be delivered to the wrong room, and when asked about missing packages, he responds with an unhelpful attitude, insisting there is no package instead of assisting. This is now the second time my Uber Eats order has gone missing while he is on duty. This never happened to me before and I have been living at the dagny for 4 years now. I’m not sure if he has been taking my food or not. He is a tall Black concierge who usually works the night shift (not Calvin—Calvin is a great worker and always professional).I hope management addresses these concerns, as residents deserve attentive and reliable service. I suggest he quit his job if he hates it that much.
