  How I’m living . Third time my ceiling has leaked since being here. Yes that’s a bag filled with roof rain water on the ceiling. The stain on the dishwasher was how it was moving in. Hasn’t worked since I moved in. Still doesn’t work. They will not replace it! . Moving soon

  Move here if you want new management to be rude and condescending. Lights in the halls and parking lot are out at night randomly so it’s extremely dark . I have to use a flash flight on my phone to carry my child in at night . The neighbors told us code enforcement said it’s 2 sink holes on the property that management didn’t warn us about. Sink hole behind my building tape up . Expect water to be randomly turned off with out us knowing to prepare ahead . Also the leaks are the best part. If it rains or someone is above us leak we are going to have sewage leaks. The pipes and water are old and dirty . The inside cabinets are so old they have roach eggs hidden all behind the old appliance and walls I can’t reach to clean up. Whole place needs to be fumigated. Pest control is not going to help if the whole building is infested with roaches. No installation in walls so you hear and smell everything neighbors are doing. Cracks in windows in walls will be moving soon. The new maintenance ppl are doing the best they can to keep up with this salvage place .

  They advertise and charge for the pool and never have it open. People throw food all over the place. The trash is always overfilling and on the ground. There are copperhead snakes, delinquency, graffiti, dogs off leash, plumbing issues (with no warnings about water being shut off for hours), and overall poor management. Some neighbors are very inconsiderate and leave their cars in the middle of everything, blocking spots that are already hard to come by. I do not recommend moving here. It has become progressively more sketchy and trashy since we first moved in. Stay away.

  This is hands down the best and most well kept place I have ever lived. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Great location, with amazing space. Couldn't have found a better spot.
