  I had an amazing experience working with Teriah at Southwood Vista! From start to finish, she made the entire leasing process smooth, stress free, and easy to understand. She was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer any questions I had. On top of that, she has such a warm and funny personality, which made the experience even more enjoyable. She truly went above and beyond to help me through the entire process, and I really appreciate her dedication and excellent customer service.   My husband and I visited today for a tour and had a great experience. We toured a 2-bedroom apartment that was very nice, spacious, and welcoming. Teriah in the leasing office was amazing! She went over all the details thoroughly and made sure we understood everything about the apartment and pricing. We really appreciated how transparent, patient, and informative she was throughout the entire process.

  My experience from beginning to end and even after the move-in was EXCELLENT. Paul is the leasing agent I dealt with and let me tell you he was/is a pleasure to do business with! He is extremely professional and goes the extra mile through every process. I moved here from another state and honestly haven’t lived in an apartment complex in years so I was a bit apprehensive about leasing an apartment verses a home. Paul made that anxiety disappear and made me feel very comfortable and welcoming. He is patient, kind, respectful, responsive and thorough! The apartment home unit I moved into is beautiful! I’m so happy I dealt with Paul and chose Southwood Vista! If your looking to lease an apartment home, be sure to checkout Southwood Vista and ask for Paul…if he’s not available no worries all the staff at Southwood Vista are great and willing to help!🥰

  Teriah has been such a sweetheart and an absolute help to me and my first time moving journey I don't know what I would have done without her she works so hard to make sure I can secure my apartment. Genuinely a lovely person and I wish her nothing but prosperity and love in her life for the good heart she has. If you need someone to go to for this property. Definitely go to Ms. Teriah!

  I had an amazing experience at Southwood Vista with Teriah Kincheloe, she was incredibly patient, kind, and professional every step of the way. She was especially helpful with my mother, who is older, and treated her with so much patience, care, and respect. The entire process went so smoothly, and I truly do not think it could have gone any better! She goes above and beyond for the people who walk into that leasing office, and her customer service is truly 11 out of 10. It is HARD to find people who GENUINELY care, and she made us feel supported from start to finish. She absolutely deserves recognition and honestly, a raise
