  They delete bad reviews, that’s the only explanation for a 4.2! They used to be called luxury apartments 2 months ago but I guess they took it off because that would be fraud. There is nothing luxuries about these apartments. The pool is only open 3 months out of the year and the gym has 3 equipments which doesnt work and they keep it hot as possible in there. They force us to pay for trash valet even know no one uses it. They charge us amenity fees that we don’t have. I’m so glad my lease is up because everything has gone downhill with the new management!!!! I’ve been living here for 6 years and the only positive thing I can is that the Maintenence staff is incredible!! They are the only reasons I’ve stayed as long as I have! All of these apartments are old, cheap, and bare minimum appliances yet they have the audacity to increase rent by 250+. We all pay thousands of dollars to live in squalor. Future tenants beware, you deserve better than this?

  Me mudé a estos apartamentos y la verdad me gustó mucho la atención del todo el personal, te explican todo a detalle y se ve que todo está muy bien organizado.

  Today I had the pleasure of meeting James the maintenance man. He came in the do a sink repair and replace some lights bulbs. He has great energy and made sure everything was up to par. Thanks again, James!

  The staff here at Rutherford Glen is absolutely amazing! Cristina was especially nice, kind, personable and professional. She helped walk me through every aspect of the “apartment renting process” as I haven’t lived in an apartment for a very long time and so much has changed technologically. David and Fernando were also very nice and helpful as well. I absolutely love my new home. The quaintness, aesthetics and cleanliness of the complex is very appealing and inviting.
