  So now I guess we aren’t allowed to travel for more than 72 hours without notifying the leasing center. I didn’t realize I was living under a dictatorship. Who are they to tell US how we live our lives??? We pay thousands of dollars to ask for permission to travel?? Have they lost their minds? I honestly can’t wait to leave this place and never look back!!!! This place has never felt like home because they don’t care about you or anything you have to say. They’ll be the first to collect your check but not once do they answer their phones. Call them right now and I can guarantee they won’t answer. They never answer. They don’t care about the people giving their hard earned money and ultimately this entire place will be deserted. No ethics, just greed and lack of humanity. If they can make something harder for you, they will. They also have new Maintenence staff that fits their agenda. I’ll buy contacting corporate once I’m done leaving this review.

  I had a great experience with Cristina! She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire experience. Her warm personality and humble attitude made everything feel easy and comfortable. You can truly tell that she cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. I highly recommend Cristina and would definitely work with her again!

  Living here was like living in a dark hole. Do not let them fool you to moving in! They charge you hidden fees. You have to pay for amenities that you don’t have. They make you pay for EVERY LITTLE THING. The street lights and hallway lights? Yeah girl you paying extra for that too! Like isn’t that what’s rent is for?! The dog park, a pig stye more like it. They don’t encourage ppl to pick up after there dogs so there literally dog shit everywhere which makes the whole complex STINK. Bugs? Infestation due to the pile of trash that gets stacked up. Mind you, you’re gonna be paying for trash valet. They’re too cheap to get REAL or hell, even decent, vinyl for flooring. Not only was it a nightmare to clean but they get damaged easily by the small touch of water. Cos they use sticky glue to adhere to the floor. Oh babes and they will TOW your car. They have communications of a squirrel. They have homeless roaming in and out of the property. That security deposit they make you pay? Doesn’t even go to any possible damages and trust you will not be getting it back. I can go for days. Thank god this was temporary. Only thing I will say is that their maintenance team is AWESOME!!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Okay, so where do I begin? I recently accepted a job here in Georgia and had to relocate from another state. Before making the move, I narrowed my search down to Rutherford Glen and two other apartment communities. As a single woman moving to a completely new state, choosing where to live wasn’t something I took lightly. My priorities were safety, comfort, great amenities, responsive management, and being close to shopping and everything I would need. Making such a big decision while living in another state was incredibly stressful. However, from the very beginning, Rutherford Glen made the process much easier, and one person, in particular, made all the difference my leasing agent, Cristina. Cristina has been absolutely phenomenal. From day one, she was honest, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. She explained every step of the leasing process, every document, every fee, and every expectation. There were no hidden surprises or last-minute changes. Everything she told me was exactly how it turned out, which gave me so much peace of mind during such a major life transition. What truly sets Cristina apart, though, is her heart. Moving to a new state by yourself can be overwhelming, but Cristina consistently made me feel welcomed, supported, and valued. Every interaction with her was filled with kindness, patience, and genuine care. She never made me feel like I was “just another resident.” She always took the time to answer my questions, offer guidance, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Those qualities can’t be taught they simply come from being an exceptional person. I’ve also been extremely impressed with how quickly the community responds to maintenance concerns. I noticed a wasp nest on my balcony, reported it to the office, and by the very next morning, maintenance and pest control had already taken care of it. That level of responsiveness gives me confidence that resident concerns are genuinely taken seriously. Since moving here, I’ve felt safe, welcomed, and cared for. The grounds are well maintained, the amenities are great, the secure package room is a huge bonus, and the staff has been nothing but professional and kind. Most importantly, I want to publicly thank Cristina. She has made my transition from another state to Georgia so much smoother than I ever imagined. Her kindness, professionalism, compassion, and willingness to go above and beyond are qualities you simply can’t teach. Rutherford Glen is fortunate to have someone like her representing this community. Cristina, thank you for making Georgia feel like home. I truly hope your hard work, dedication, and kindness are recognized because you deserve every bit of the praise and appreciation that comes your way. If you’re looking for a community where you’ll be treated with respect, where management genuinely cares, and where you’ll feel at home from day one, I wholeheartedly recommend Rutherford Glen.

  Rutherford glen is an amazing community, the staff and maintenance is great and Christina was great as well with helping us move in.
