  Un apartamento realmente maravilloso, súper tranquilo, Fernando y su compañera nos ayudaron en todo el proceso para mudarnos y fue increíble y rápido lo recomiendo bastante para una vida tranquila

  I am putting a 1 star for now in hopes that the apartment complex reads this review, and truly listen to its long time faithful residents, and take action. Closing the pool area is not right. Most of us moved over here with the intention of the pool area being accessible all year especially when the weather isn't so hot, for the scenery, peace, to read our books, and eat lunch since most of us work remote or hybrid etc. We also pay for it EVERY SINGLE month from our amenity fee. If we are no longer "allowed" to utilize that area then Goldoller needs to be contacted by all residents so our amenity fees are prorated going forward. The summers are too hot to be at the pool and when we have weekend time in the few summer months that the pool is open the area is always over saturated with families and kids who do not even live here. So most residents look forward to sitting in that area during the Fall-Spring. The pool area has NEVER been closed to residents (of course the pool is closed and that is ok). As I stated earlier most of us moved over here because of the afternoon and evening peace we can get sitting over by the pool area reading or just relaxing getting fresh air. Rutherford Glen should not start new policies that almost seem to be punishing residents and taking the main peaceful things from us yet charging us every month!!!

  Run. Far. Dont get into a contract with them. Whatever Base rent is add about $200 dollars and that's what you will actually be paying to the complex each month. No parking available after 4pm, and frequent damage happened to vehicles due to the spacing on the side overflow parking. Christina will publicly harass you and use her car to block your access to the trash (pull off) lane because of which way you car is facing when you approach it. She will sit in her car for 5 minutes and block the cars behind her from safely going around this blindspot just to ensure you cant access the fully empty side lane for trash because "you think this is right? You're facing the wrong way. As far as im concerned, when the trash lane is completely empty there is no right or wrong way to enter it seeing as it is a 2 way street next to it and there is no roundabout nearby to orient your car the right way. I wasted 3 minutes telling her that I was just trying to go left and she continued to inch forward closer to the front of my car preventing me from doing that safely. To prove a point. To 'enforce rules'. Imagine paying all this money to these people and being policed on a rule that does not exist and is not written. 🤷🏽‍♀️ If the review let me add pictures I would just to show how ridiculous the situation this morning was. When i confronted her and asked if she would be writing up a ticket against me for breaking the rules, she ignored me and continued driving past me in her golf cart. For the remainder of my lease I dont want to have any more communication with that awful woman.
