  I recently moved to Revel Ballpark from out of town, and since this was my first apartment after college, I had a lot of questions. Niecy was my guide throughout the entire process, and she was nothing short of the best person for the job. She always responded to my questions thoughtfully and quickly, and made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the move-in. She went above and beyond on multiple occasions. I would highly recommend the entire Revel team, especially Niecy, for anyone looking to move near the Battery.

  I just moved into Revel Ballpark and absolutely love the community! The leasing staff, especially Neicy, is what immediately made me decide to make Revel my new home. Having lived in multiple cities and communities, I know that the staff in a community makes the difference between a good experience and a bad one. The staff at Revel are quick to answer any questions or help however they can and make sure their residents are happy with their home. The move-in process was so much less stressful than moving typically is, thanks to the staff too. I’m so glad to call Revel home!

  Working with Neicy Ponds was an absolute pleasure! She made the entire process of helping our daughter find an apartment in Atlanta so much easier and less stressful. Neicy was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient, and helpful every step of the way. She took the time to answer all of our questions, guided us through the process, and truly had our daughter's best interests at heart. Her professionalism, warm personality, and dedication made all the difference. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend Neicy to anyone looking for an apartment in the Atlanta area. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

  We had such an amazing experience working with Neicy Ponds at Revel Ballpark! From the moment she gave us our initial tour, she made us feel welcomed and genuinely cared about finding the right home for us. Throughout the entire application process, Niecy went above and beyond to answer our questions, keep us updated, and offer help every step of the way—even when it wasn't necessarily her responsibility. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and exciting. Even after we moved in, Niecy has continued to be an incredible resource and a friendly face around the community. It's clear she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in making Revel Ballpark a great place to call home. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in your experience, I can't recommend Niecy enough. She is an absolute asset to Revel Ballpark!

  I’ve absolutely loved living at Revel Ballpark, and a huge reason why is the incredible staff. The front desk team—Neicy, Calvin, and Brian—are always welcoming, friendly, and genuinely make residents feel at home. They go above and beyond every day with their positive attitudes and willingness to help. The maintenance team is just as outstanding. Pablo and Greg are incredibly responsive, whether it’s an emergency in the middle of the night or a routine maintenance request. They address issues quickly, professionally, and always with a great attitude. It’s rare to find an apartment community with a staff this dedicated and caring. They truly make Revel Ballpark a great place to live, and I couldn’t recommend it more!
