  I am extremely happy with my buying process in Mallard Park community. It’s a brand new subdivision which is in progress and it was a pleasure to work with Pulte Homes Sales Team of Brandon McLain and Lee Young. They were both very responsive and helpful and made us feel comfortable. I am also extremely satisfied with the Construction Manager Angel Serrano and his accomodating nature handling the requests were delightful. The whole Pulte Team was an absolute pleasure to work with.

  Im so glad i end up buying here at DelWebb after driving around and looking at so many other communities . Every one has been very helpful from the beginning to the end . But........My Construction Manager was the BESTTTTTTT. He was so patience ,kind ,and polite with me during all the process of the construction of my dream house !!! I highly recommend This Community to everyone !!!

  Our experience with the Pulte building team (Mike D.), sales team (Michelle C.), and title team for the sky ranch location was amazing! They were so helpful educating us throughout the whole process of buying our very first home. They were also so communicative and quick to respond when we had questions or requests, even after closing on our new home!

  We recently closed on a new ranch home in the new Del Webb community SunChase. The experience was fun and very productive. We feel that we ended up with a home that is just right for us for the foreseeable future. We want to thank salesman Gil, construction manager Justin, and customer care manager Mike. This whole team exceeded our expectations, and the home was delivered in pristine condition and on time.

  We absolutely love our new home! It is beautiful, well built, and was completed within the timeframe promised. The entire construction process was incredibly easy. Nick in Sales was exceptional—responsive, attentive, and always went above and beyond. Kevin in Construction was knowledgeable, professional, approachable, and always one step ahead. I would 100% recommend Pulte as a builder. My only warning: be very careful with Pulte Mortgage. Personally, I would stay away and make sure your incentives are not tied to using them. Our experience caused us to lose trust in the mortgage side completely. While they are part of PulteGroup, they operate very much like a separate company, and unfortunately their experience did not reflect the excellent service we received from Sales and Construction. Beautiful home and a great building experience—just shop your mortgage independently.
