  I’ve experience two new builds in Florida, Pulte and another “high end” builder I won’t mention, but Pulte so out exceeded our first build experience it’s truly not even close. I highly recommend Pulte to anyone.

  Our experience with Pulte was excellent, there were times when we hit unexpected challenges and Pulte came through, exceeding our expectations. Our construction manager Chris Goettel was excellent, a real pleasure to work with helping us navigate through the build process stress free and with confidence we made the right choice with Pulte. Our sales consultant, Amber Delbaugh was equally awsome, making the purchase process fun and exciting!!!

  Pulte people were very easy to work with. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The quality standards and follow through was outstanding. If you’re thinking about a new build I would definitely recommend Pulte.

  I had an outstanding experience working with Wesley Pruitt during the purchase of my first home. From day one, Wesley made me feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, and always available to answer my questions and address any concerns. What stood out most was the trust he built with me. Buying a home for the first time can be overwhelming, but Wesley's professionalism, honesty, and positive attitude made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. I always felt like he had my best interests in mind. Before choosing Pulte, I also looked at homes from Lennar, but I never felt the same level of confidence and security that Wesley provided.   I had a phenomenal experience with Pulte from the Salesperson Monika at the Batavia IL property, Adam/Danielle with my walkthrough and Adam went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the home even after the closing, Teresa/Nick (Mortgage), Blake w/Construction and Chris with the closing. Everyone was amazing and made the entire process a wonderful experience purchasing my new home!
