  Mike and his team are great. Unlike other property managers, PMI Terminus really seems to care. Their understanding, availability, and communication set them apart. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

  This company is ruining my experience living in my own home in Paces Green, I feel like a prisoner thanks to my inflexible HOA board and this company. Do not bring PMI in to manage your community. They are awful, rigid and without common sense! 8 people have listed their houses in my community since PMI started managing it and more are talking about leaving. The best part is my HOA dues are paying for the pleasure of this company to even exist in my life, with all the deliquency fines for the $20 a day fines for having a weed or a twig on the lawn, oh and then there's the admin fees for the fines. Someone is riding around in the med on their second yacht thanks to the PMIs crooked system.

  I’m a new owner with this management company, and the service is tragically awful. I’ve called them 3-5 times for the last 6 days and got zero answers. I’ve visited every single physical address, and they just don’t exist. Terrible
