Lori is amazing! I love her. However…. Rent at your own risk.
The good - The pool is quite nice, I made some lifelong friends out there. Also the internet was superb. The location is also nice and close to a lot. I walked to Publix often. Also I loved having a garage to parc my extra car. The staff is also very friendly.
The bad - While living at Parc my water heater went out three times before they finally replaced it. Cold showers before work are not optimal. Also my ac unit is on the way out as well and was making terrible noises before I moved out. While cleaning my shower I noticed gross black mold that collects inside of the knob to adjust the temperature of the water in the shower. The complex is quite pricey as well for the what it is. There is also no way to opt out of valley trash service . In my two years there I never used it , not even once . If you move here bring a fat wallet .
Lori was amazing! Thank you so much! Beautiful community and spacious layout.
I have lived at P-P for about a year, after living in another rental not far from here. Lori went out of her way to ensure that I got the apartment I wanted. The complex is quiet and much better managed and maintained than my previous place. Great mix of people and families. I love it here and would recommend it to anyone.

Living at Parc at Perimeter has truly been an amazing experience! From day one, the team has provided top-notch service and consistently goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcomed and at home.
The staff is professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Any time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve handled it quickly and with a positive attitude. You can really tell they take pride in creating a great living environment for everyone.
I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done to make my first year at Parc at Perimeter such a wonderful experience. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home and a team that truly cares, this is it!

Maintenance will ramble and read through your private and personal belongings as shown in the video below. Aggressive dogs are allowed and until I advised management that if it charges at me again, I would defend myself. These come on the back of multiple noise complaints about the people upstairs who begin intentionally stomping and slamming things all day. I asked nicely advising that I work from home, however, they play catch with their dog all day, and as you can see in the live image below, the dog is extremely aggressive. I requested to terminate my lease early as I no longer felt safe. The request was made in June 2025, October2025, December 2025, and again, Feb 26.
I’ve spoken with management in person on different occasions and each time the response was we would address it and request approval to terminate the lease without penalty. I ONLY heard back from a Miriam Feb 24, after I received a renewal letter and I advised in writing they I was NOT renewing the lease, and requested again to return possession early without penalty. She said she would check, yet still has not responded.
I made the request to leave early without penalty because I will protect myself at any cost and having people who work for the company that live in the same building as you, snoop through your personal belongings is UNACCEPTABLE. Glancing is one thing, but intentionally going through your belongings for 2 minutes recorded and entering without notice when you should be changing a filter, is a complete invasion of privacy. Rent at your own risk.
