Since day one i can honestly say I love my place great location the staff is amazing and maintenance really be on top of everything i get on they nerves but the always professional and make sure im well taken care of.

I recently moved into Mark at West Midtown, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. From the initial tour to signing the lease and moving in, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
A special shoutout to Jahleyka, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable.

DISAPPOINTED.
I pay about $1800 for a one bedroom that was advertised as $1546 — I’ve only just passed 90 days living in my unit and I don’t even want to continue decorating just so it’s easy to leave when I’m ready. Never experienced anything like this…would not recommend.
Yes things do happen but I haven’t had a good experience from the jump and at this point...I’m over it.
I regret moving here.
showed up on move-in day to a leasing agent who had no idea I was even moving in, then they moved me into a dirty unit — there was still paint residue and I couldn’t even relax in my new place the first night after traveling all day.
my AC has been broken for over a month — it broke before I even spent 60 days in the unit, The property manager Damon and the maintenance supervisor told me the replacement piece to fix my AC would be installed as soon as it arrived but now I’m being told I have to wait another week and the portable AC is only for one room. Not sure if they’re engaging in retaliation or what.
called down to the leasing office a couple days ago to ask how much a replacement mailbox key would be and Shadreca told me it was free but I’m looking at a $25 charge on my account.
My bathroom also started smelling like sewage this week.

Very insistent parking rules, as a resident I’ve been bored along with my guests. Someone got shot here, patio and pool is nice. The elevator is broken and the garage gate broken a lot of the year. The office doesn’t care about its guests experience. My packages were stolen multiple times. Fire alarms at 3 AM.

We toured here and Shadareca was such a good time. She was extremely knowledgeable of the property and one of the best tours I had that day. The location was a bit far from where I wanted to live but if not I would have loved to stay here but had to come leave you all a review!
