I called in today for some information and spoke with a shadarika (I hope that’s how you spell it) she was so informative and knowledgeable… I’m moving from out of state and it was so hard to get in touch with anyone it’s great. She actually even picked up the phone. Thanks for your help.

I had some issues with the water not staying hot, and Brandy the service manager came to help. He was very persistent in making sure the issue was fully resolved and even took the time to fix other items in the apartment that I hadn’t noticed. He also followed up the following week to ensure everything was still working properly. I’m very grateful for the kind and dedicated staff who made sure my problem was taken care of.
I want to first thank everyone at Mark at West Midtown for the exceptional welcome. From start to finish they ensured that I was properly guided and assisted with all my new home needs. Being able to express to them that I am chasing my dreams at 29 and everything has not come easy they made sure if I had questions that I could ask.
They assisted me with a wonderful tour by the young lady that had red braids Jaleka! I love her so much very professional and flexible with our arrival for our tour.
I would definitely recommend that when you search for your new home you find value in the way people treat you!
Thank you so much Mark at West Midtown !

DO NOT RENT HERE
I haven’t been in this unit for 90 days and my AC has been broken for almost a month, I never know how much is due until the 1st of the month and no one made it clear that they have monthly fees that fluctuate, no one from the leasing office knew I was moving in on move-in day, and the unit was dirty when I first moved in.
First the AC needed Freon, then it broke again within a week. Then it needed a coil and they received the wrong part allegedly. Now here we are 2 weeks later and I’m told the AC business is busy right now so it’s on back order. Meanwhile I’m being offered a portable AC which lord knows could hike up my power bill for the month on top of the forever changing monthly fees.
I’m breaking my lease as soon as the credit bureaus update with my new score…never would have moved in the first place had the fluctuation in fees been disclosed.
Believe it or not, this photo shows the buttons for the ONLY elevator connecting the parking garage to the apartment building! If you park on the 5th or 6th floor of the garage, you cannot use this only elevator. That means even if you’ve bought a lot of groceries, you have to carry your wagon up the stairs, and you cannot push a stroller home. If you live on the 6th floor, it’s an even bigger problem. A wheelchair? Needless to say, impossible.
The only alternative is to dangerously walk outside on the narrow parking ramp where cars are constantly driving by.
I waited because I assumed this issue would be fixed soon, but it feels like these buttons have been broken for over a month now, with no updates at all. I’m genuinely very frustrated.
