  SHAUN, THE MAINTENANCE CREW LEAD, IS AMAZING!!! Any issue we’ve had, he got us taken care of and/or made sure we were comfortable in the process such as when our AC unit went out in the peak of Summer. It sucks as you can imagine but he made sure we had a portable unit or 2 to stay cool. I’ve had days when there were urgent requests and days when I had non-urgent requests, and all cases were treated with urgency! And He was sure to follow up to ensure the requests were taken care of. I usually don’t like maintenance to visit while I am away due to trust issues (nothing to do with Mariposa Lofts) but I TRUST SHAUN 110% !!! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO!! Shaun is very good at what he does—always polite and respectful which is much appreciated as a female tenant. Long story short, Shaun is the man and not to worry—YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS!!

  Poor Customer Service & Maintenance Issues The main issue at Mariposa Loft seems to be a lack of attention to customer needs, particularly when it comes to maintenance, likely due to understaffing. Every time we submit a work order, it feels like we have to chase them down and hope the issue will be addressed in a reasonable time frame. For example, on Thanksgiving Day, the smoke detector began beeping every minute due to a low battery. I immediately submitted a work order, but no one showed up on Friday. On Saturday, I sent a message to the leasing office but received no response. After lunch, I went in person, and they assured me someone would be sent to fix the issue—but again, no one came. The beeping continued for over 72 hours. This is the level of service Mariposa Loft provides to a family with a 2-month-old baby—simply unacceptable. This isn’t the first time we've encountered issues. In July, it took four days (and multiple calls and visits to the leasing office) to fix the garbage disposal. To top it off, on the day of my wedding, someone smashed my car window in the garage. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of response and care from Mariposa Loft.

  Shawn from maintenance is great. He came to my apartment at almost midnight on a Saturday to fix my AC even though it was a hassle

  This place is perfect! Dominikue was so helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. She knew the answers to all of my questions and was so sweet. I definitely recommend her if your looking to speak with someone regarding this property.
