- CPCarlo PastoreNov 30, 20241.0Poor Customer Service & Maintenance Issues The main issue at Mariposa Loft seems to be a lack of attention to customer needs, particularly when it comes to maintenance, likely due to understaffing. Every time we submit a work order, it feels like we have to chase them down and hope the issue will be addressed in a reasonable time frame. For example, on Thanksgiving Day, the smoke detector began beeping every minute due to a low battery. I immediately submitted a work order, but no one showed up on Friday. On Saturday, I sent a message to the leasing office but received no response. After lunch, I went in person, and they assured me someone would be sent to fix the issue—but again, no one came. The beeping continued for over 72 hours. This is the level of service Mariposa Loft provides to a family with a 2-month-old baby—simply unacceptable. This isn’t the first time we've encountered issues. In July, it took four days (and multiple calls and visits to the leasing office) to fix the garbage disposal. To top it off, on the day of my wedding, someone smashed my car window in the garage. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of response and care from Mariposa Loft.
