  We moved in about a week ago, and the entire experience from the tour to move-in has been wonderful! We’re really enjoying the property and the community so far. Everything is beautifully maintained, clean, and well cared for and everyone we’ve met here has been friendly and polite. A big shoutout to Faith, who made the whole process quick and easy. She was always prompt in answering our questions and made sure we had all the information we needed along the way. Both the leasing and maintenance teams have been consistently responsive and helpful :)

  Mr. Ronald (the property manager) is extremely welcoming & thoughtful. I was at the quiktrip gas station nearby & decided to checkout out Lumen Briarcliff Apartments. As I walked in the leasing office he was there to greet me while explaining the move-in process along with some of their move-in specials they’re offering… Long story short I came back the next day to tour the property & unit, which I eventually moved in. Mr. Ronald is awesome! He’s very professional & down to earth!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Adrian and the level of service he has provided during my time as a resident. He has consistently gone above and beyond to help me navigate a challenging situation with patience, compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. What stood out to me most was that Adrian didn’t simply provide answers. He listened, looked for solutions, advocated on my behalf, and worked with me to find the best possible path forward. During what could have been an incredibly stressful experience, he made me feel heard, supported, and valued as a resident. His assistance has genuinely made a meaningful difference in my life, and I am extremely grateful. Adrian is an excellent example of what exceptional resident service should look like. He balances professionalism with empathy and treats people like people, not just apartment numbers or transactions. I truly hope his leadership recognizes the value he brings to the property and the impact he has on residents. I also want to acknowledge the entire leasing team, Ronald, Victoria, and Faith, who have each contributed to making my experience here a positive one. Every interaction I’ve had with the team has been welcoming, helpful, and solution-oriented. It is clear that creating a positive resident experience is something they genuinely care about. Thank you to Adrian and the entire leasing team. Your daily commitment and dedication are noticed, valued, and deeply appreciated.

  I'm happy to be renewing my lease at Lumen Briarcliff! I love living here! It feels safe, and the staff is amazing. Faith is so sweet and made my lease renewal process incredibly smooth and easy. Ronald, the property manager, is also very helpful and always attentive. I'm looking forward to another great year here!
