  Very beautiful apartment complex! Shenade did an amazing job showing me around and made the entire tour experience enjoyable. She was welcoming, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. I had a great experience overall!

  I recently somehow had a dishwasher drainage problem. They fixed it within an hour of me submitting the maintenance form and the technician is extremely professional. Not only he fixed the problem, he insisted on helping us cleaning up afterwards and he cleaned the floor and the sink and washed and cleaned our kitchen rag. I lived in many apartments and never met a single maintenance team that responded that fast with care and professionalism. The second day the maintenance team called me to do a follow up and asked me for my feedback and make sure that all things are being addressed properly. I extremely happy with the management and their care. Great place to live!

  Shenade did an absolute fantastic job. Her tour was informative and she was so incredibly kind. We saw all different kinds of floor plans and amenities. I’m leaving feeling very informed and loving the Loria!

  Whoever is the property owner, please give Shenade a raise. She was the epitome of professional, amazing spirit and gave me all the knowledge needed to feel like I should apply to this apartment. I can tell she truly enjoy her job and have the ability to help people find their next home. 100/10

  Shenade had amazing energy throughout our tour. I loved how she knew all of the residents it really showed how much she cares about the community. She was very friendly, answered all of my questions, and explained everything clearly. Loria is a wonderful community, and I had a great experience touring it.
