  The door to enter the complex from the garage on the 3rd floor is broken. I put in a maintenance request about it but they marked it as resolved immediately without addressing the issue.

  Been here 5 years and Louis is by far the best maintenance we've had! Gets request done pretty quickly and is always so kind. Thanks Lou!

  I've been a resident here for nearly 6 years at this apartment and moved in around the pandemic. I truthfully love the staff and the environment here, and would tell anyone if they want great Downtown ATL living to move into this community

  I've been a resident of Link Apartments Canvas for nearly three years, and I've had a great experience living here. The entire team is warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, the staff is always professional and friendly, and the community has consistently felt like home. I especially want to recognize Marquis Zimmerman, Leasing Consultant, for going above and beyond to help me during an unexpected situation. I moved out at the beginning of July, but the new place I moved into wasn't a good fit. After deciding to return to Link just 7 days later, Marquis made the entire process incredibly smooth. I toured an apartment on Thursday, submitted my application that night, was approved on Friday, sent over everything that was needed, and was able to move in by Saturday. His responsiveness, willingness to work with me, and commitment to making the process as seamless as possible made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier. I'm incredibly grateful to Marquis and the entire Link Apartments Canvas team for making my transition back so seamless. Their professionalism, efficiency, and kindness are a big part of why I wanted to come back. I highly recommend Link Apartments Canvas to anyone looking for a community with excellent management and a team that truly cares about its residents.

  The maintenance team, Lewis and Demitri are always professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever I submit a maintenance request. They take the time to explain what they’re fixing, make sure the job is done right, and always leave everything clean when they’re finished. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the residents. Having a reliable maintenance team makes a huge difference, and their excellent customer service deserves to be recognized. Thank you both for always going above and beyond!
