  Sooo i just moved in to these apartments.. the gate is working, rooms are spacious and has a lot of storage space being that it’s just a apartment.. I also want to thank the property manager @ms.cynthia she a beautiful and helpful woman.. they were some few errors I had with my application everyone was so helpful and nice with make sure I was comfortable with the whole process.. they do accept jetty and have pay option for those single parents out there.. the apartment are really a vibe I want to thank Ms. Cynthia, Raven, and Rhonda in the leasing office for the respectful service they provide and I’m so happy I applied here.

  I have had no AC for an entire week. I submitted a work order through there app for my AC to be fixed on 6/21. I placed over 5 calls to the emergency maintenance line because it is 85 degrees in my apartment. NOBODY gave me any kind of update until 6/27 after going to the leasing office twice, just to be told I still have to wait for it to be fixed. Maintenance told me that they have portable AC units that can be installed in the meantime but the leasing office said that they don’t have any. Then while I am in the office for the third time trying to figure out how I can get some AC other people start walking in and the woman working in the office proceeds to call the police and tell them I am yelling at her and scaring her. This is what you get here for asking them to uphold there end of the lease when it’s almost 90 degrees outside.

  I have been here four years this is my LAST year! I can’t do it NO MORE ! Police is here every other day. They care more about tagging and towing cars than the drug dealers that sit at every corner dealing drugs ALL day long no matter what time I see A PLAY happening every morning people come together and smoke weed in the parking lot about 4 or 5 cars lined up and all out side the care smoking weed this is where we live this is not what we want to see leaving out for work. NOW I do have some very nice respectful neighbors but from listening to my neighbors we all lucked up to move by each other because the other side is terrible . I renewed last year because I thought they cleaned up all this mess going on around here but I guess they let it back in so I’m gone I guess occupancy low they let mess in and don’t let the gate fool you when you come in - it stay open long enough for world to come in behind ! Just a mess apartment’s are spacious they are ok for gym and pool access have to walk through the leasing office lol just whatever inconvenience they can do TRUST they find a way ! Take your tour with open eyes!

  AC has went out multiple times and still do not have working AC after weeks of service requests do not move here
