  I had such a wonderful experience working with Destiny! She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was kind, professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Destiny made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed and taken care of. Her customer service was truly exceptional, and she is definitely an asset to the leasing team. I highly recommend working with Destiny if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you!

  Ms. Destiny was an amazing agent who helped me find and move into my apartment after two unsuccessful attempts at other complexes. She explained the specials and employee referral program, made the process easy and hassle-free, and kept me informed every step of the way. Although my move-in was delayed by two days, she provided consistent updates, explained any changes, and gave me a great tour of my new home and the neighborhood. Overall, I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a smooth and welcoming experience.

  I have been a resident at Landing Square for three years now, and I can confidently say it is a wonderful place to call home. The community is quiet, the apartments are very spacious, and the entire staff does a great job. A special shout-out goes to our Property Manager, Haleema Morrow. Over the years, Haleema has been incredibly professional, attentive, and proactive. She truly cares about the residents and works hard to ensure the property runs smoothly. It makes a huge difference having a management team you can trust!

  I just want to take a moment to give our Community Resident Manager, Haleema Morrow, her flowers! 🌸 Haleema came into a property that was quite literally a jungle and somehow managed to roll up her sleeves and start making things happen. I’ve been in the office on multiple occasions and personally witnessed situations go from cold to HOT over things that were virtually out of her control—yet she still does her best to remain composed, professional, and respectful. What I appreciate most about Haleema is her resilience. She deals with more personalities, complaints, concerns, and demands than I can count, and even when the load gets HEAVY, she keeps showing up. She’s human, everything isn’t always perfect, and I’m sure there are days she probably wants to throw her hands up 😂—but she doesn’t. She keeps pushing, keeps trying, and still makes an effort to be professional, personable, kind, and helpful. People are always quick to point out what someone ISN’T doing, so I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge what Haleema IS doing. Haleema, your resilience, hard work, and heart do not go unnoticed. Keep going, lady! You are SEEN, you are VALUED, and you are APPRECIATED! ❤️🌸

  Property management is awful. I lived here for 4 years and it took all 4 years and calling code enforcement to get anything fixed. And it still was not repaired properly and more damage was caused. My car was broken into along with several other people in one night. But it happens often. Haleema is very aggressive, lies, and manipulates. do not trust her! The company has been sued several times and management changes yearly. The current one is the worst (Haleema). You'll be asked to leave a review early on bc once you sign the lease. You're trapped and then you'll see her true colors. Just be smart. Look up their code enforcement violations.. all recent reviews are telling the truth. The good ones are from ppl she scams into leaving a good review before she reveals herself. tenants have been threatened in their lease as it relates to leaving accurate reviews and the list goes on. (I have a copy for proof). She closes the pool as if it's a privilege and not an amenity you pay for bc she's runs the community like its her home..... mold and pest infestations run rampid. They know how to make it look good. But u won't get what you expected.
