I have lived at this apartment complex for some time, and unfortunately my experience has been very frustrating due to ongoing maintenance issues. Many of my maintenance requests have either been ignored or marked as completed without the issue actually being fixed. I have had to repeatedly follow up and even go into the office in person just to get attention on unresolved problems.
The most concerning issue has been my air conditioning. It has been malfunctioning for nearly two years, and instead of providing a permanent solution, maintenance continues to apply temporary fixes that only work for a short period of time. As a resident, I should not have to constantly remind staff about the same problem over and over again.
I understand that repairs can take time, but communication and follow-through are important. Closing maintenance requests without resolving them creates unnecessary stress and inconvenience for residents. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the maintenance process for current and future tenants.

I had a wonderful experience working with Haleema at Landing Square Apartments. She is incredibly kind, understanding, and genuinely cares about helping residents and prospective tenants. From the very beginning, she was patient, professional, and always willing to answer my questions. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Haleema truly goes above and beyond, and I’m grateful for all of her help. I highly recommend working with her if you’re considering Landing Square Apartments!

Haleema has been a pleasure to work with throughout my experience. She has been incredibly helpful from the move-in process through my lease renewal. Her attention to detail and excellent customer service are truly impressive. I was especially impressed that she remembered my air conditioning maintenance request when I came into the office, and the issue was resolved promptly. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to residents make a positive difference. If you are looking for an apartment community with outstanding staff and service, I highly recommend this one.

Let me give Whitney her flowers 💐 because when I tell y’all I’ve been so stressed trying to find an apartment, applying at Landing Square was honestly one of the best decisions I ever made. The process was smooth and easy from start to finish. I applied on Saturday and by Tuesday I was APPROVED 🙌🏽
Not only did I get approved, but I got a beautiful spacious 3-bedroom apartment 🏡✨ Whitney took me on a tour and she along with the manager Haleem were absolutely AMAZING! They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
After everything I’ve been through during my apartment search, this experience was truly a blessing. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism, patience, and kindness. God definitely has so much more in store for both of them because they genuinely helped make a stressful situation easier for me and my boys ❤️

My experience with Ms. Haleema at Landing Square was extremely disappointing and stressful from beginning to end. Communication was inconsistent, misleading, and very unprofessional throughout the entire process. I was repeatedly told everything looked good with my application, only to later receive conflicting information after being asked multiple times to wait for “system updates” from corporate.
After being approved and preparing to move, the unit conditions were unacceptable. The apartments shown had serious issues including roaches, cleanliness concerns, and overall poor living conditions that should have been addressed before showing them to future residents. Instead of working toward a reasonable solution or accommodating a transfer request, I felt dismissed and encouraged to “take my money somewhere else.”
What made the situation even worse was being shown a much nicer available unit, only to later be told it was being “saved” for another applicant who allegedly applied months ago and still had not moved in. The entire experience felt unfair, unorganized, and dishonest.
Moving is already stressful enough, and no applicant should have to go through this level of confusion, poor communication, and lack of professionalism after investing time, money, and trust into a property. I truly hope management improves how future applicants and residents are treated.
This was the unit she swore I’ll love.
