  Extremely unprofessional had a trash lady come to my door saying I was leaving trash despite having proof of me taking it and getting praise from the other trash men for actually putting it in the bin. She followed me to my door after work saying the cameras have a “light skinned male leaving trash” I said it can’t be me, she responded with oh well “you’ll be receiving that $100 fine on your rent” then also got a email for another $100 fine for trash in the breeze way which is false too. That’s your maintenance workers trash from tenants moving out smh. My car was also stolen from here as well so if you have a mopar, Kia, or Hyundai don’t move here. It’s a known problem they even use the garages to hide them. The manager was on vacation until January by the time I got any information my car was totaled and stripped My washer broke it took 2-3 months to get help. It was mold everywhere. The maintenance guy came and cut out the whole wall replaced it but simply put another washer on top of the other mold leaving the strangest smell in the laundry room for 6 months and the washer/garbage disposal has been broken since December. It’s common to have your request lost because they change management like they change clothes

  My boyfriend has been without working air conditioning for three weeks which is completely unacceptable, especially during the hot summer months. Management provided a portable AC unit, but it does not work properly and only cools one room, which is not an adequate solution. On top of that, my car was broken into while on the property, resulting in a significant amount of money spent repairing the windows and steering wheel. This situation has been extremely stressful and costly. Residents should be able to expect basic necessities like working air conditioning and a reasonable level of safety and security. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements so other residents do not have to experience the same issues.

  7/26/2026 I would not recommend Landing Square Apartments to anyone\. My air conditioning has been broken for over three weeks during one of the hottest times of the year, and management has done nothing to resolve the issue. I have submitted a maintenance request every week and have called the leasing office at least three times a week. Every time I speak with someone, I’m told that a technician will be sent out, but no one ever comes and the problem never gets fixed\. Because of their lack of action, I had to spend my own money at Home Depot to buy a portable AC unit just to make my apartment livable\. No resident should have to pay out of pocket because management refuses to make necessary repairs\. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and broken promises have been extremely disappointing\. If you’re considering moving to Landing Square Apartments, be aware that if something as important as your air conditioning breaks, you may be left waiting for weeks while still paying full rent\. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend living here

  Five stars for Mrs Porter in the front office !! She went above and beyond to make the entire leasing process as easy and seamless as possible. From our first conversation, they were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the right home. Every question I had was answered promptly, and they took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting instead. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and they truly exceeded my expectations. I’m so grateful for all of their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable leasing experience. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!
