  DO NOT SUBLET IN THIS APARTMENT BUILDING. I sublet here over the summer and had an awful experience with the leasing office. As an international student without a U.S. guarantor, I was told I had to pay an additional $100 every month. When I moved in, the apartment and my room already had existing damages that the leasing office was aware of. After I moved out, they still sent me a bill charging me for those damages. I disputed the charges and provided proof that the damage was pre-existing, but they ignored me. They also charged an estimated utility amount at move-out and told me I would receive the difference back once the final bill was calculated. I never received that money. The apartments themselves may be nice, but my experience with management was terrible. They repeatedly charged me for things I should not have been responsible for and ignored me when I provided evidence. Students, especially international students, should be extremely careful before signing or subletting here. Document EVERYTHING and get everything in writing

  I’ve had a great experience with Kinetic. The property is beautiful, upscale, and very well maintained. From the amenities to the overall atmosphere. The leasing staff has been amazing as well. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, professional, welcoming, and genuinely willing to help, which made the entire experience even better. The location and convenience are another huge plus. Everything I need is nearby. Overall, Kinetic has exceeded my expectations, and I’m extremely happy with my decision to live here. Highly recommend!

  I had a great experience working with Holly! As a student moving from out of state, she made sure I had everything completed correctly and helped make my move-in process as seamless as possible. She was professional, direct, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The housing was very clean, the payment process was easy and straightforward, and the entire staff consistently carried themselves with professionalism. Communication was clear, protocols were well organized, and I always knew who to contact if I needed anything. I really appreciated Holly and the entire team for making my experience so smooth!

  Rentistry sign up, fees built into the contract that require opt out, zero accountability, zero empathy and zero care and concern for tenants. It is all about scams and fees and collecting others’ hard earned money for profit.
