  I gotta say, I agree with everyone else. My girlfriend saw a renovated place on the tour, but after we signed the lease, we got an old unit. They promised her it'd be cleaned before we moved in, but it was gross when we got there. Dirty fingerprints on the walls, paint on the floor, water damage in the bathroom, cat pee smell, dirt and dust all over the ceiling. We're only a month in, and I don't think we're sticking around.

  I’ve called this property multiple times left countless voicemails to receive a callback to lease an apartment have not received not 1 call. Is this how future resident supposed to feel

  My experience of this community is very bed no one is responding properly for the problem whole last week i am suffering for my updated lease documents and still i am suffering i email them but no response. they told me manager is coming today when i went their he was not their every-time they are create a issue and when i called to management also they are not giving answer properly i don’t like that kind of management.I never suggest to anyone to choose their community.

  Had an awesome experience with the leasing agent Alberto. He listened to me and made me feel welcomed. I am thankful for his honesty and help when picking the right unit/floor plan. Excited to move in!

  Nightmare visit! Reception had one guy who is just there for the sake of it. He doesn't understand anything or can answer even a basic questions. Refuse to show us the apartment and when I cross questioned that on website the apartment shows available, then he agreed. I do not understand this, I don't think the reception guy wants new tenants to stay and visit. He clearly scared us of.
