  Awful place, hallways are always dirty. The “valet” trash ends up leaving more trash out in the first place, yells/whistles through hallways, and comes extremely late at night. There is no maintenance of upkeep of the hallways. This place is an awful joke. They could at least try to make the common areas look decent for new potential leasers. Proof that they clearly don’t care!

  From the very first tour, Harper made what can be a stressful process feel completely seamless. She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and never once made me feel rushed and we toured until I found the unit that was truly the right fit. What stood out most was how genuinely mindful she was of my budget. She wasn't just trying to close a deal; she was trying to make sure I'd be happy with my decision long-term.   Do not move into unit 3102. Your upstairs neighbors are so loud that it is hard to sleep in the master bedroom. You’ll get woken up all hours of the night. We just moved out of that unit. Our downstairs neighbors were even woken up by the noise. Dog park has a huge hole in it that’s been there for at least 6 months(several emails sent to management) so if your dog is known for escaping don’t use the dog park.
