  I lived there for two year, overall great place to live. Even though it's close to the city it is nice and quiet (resident wise) Also pretty clean, maintenance does a great job! Before you move in just make sure you're okay with car noise, you're re right next to multiple highways. One thing I wish they had, more cameras or security. They broke in the garage multiple times while I lived there. The garage door made no difference. My boyfriends car had windows shattered TWICE on two different occasions. Besides that it was a good place.

  The staff, food, and atmosphere was amazing and well put together. I would thank Glen for putting this event together and showing the residence thier appreciation.

  The staff at Glenn Perimeter is helpful and when concerns are brought to their attention they address them. Tonight’s pool party was so dope! The food, drinks, DJ games and prizes were nice! I appreciate it when management shows appreciation for the tenants! Good times were had and I’m looking forward to more events!

  My first year living at Glen Perimeter Apartments was good, Unfortunately, my second year was the complete opposite and became one of the most frustrating rental experiences I've ever had. For approximately eight months, I received multiple calls from the front office and several visits from the police regarding allegations of abuse, fighting, and dishes being broken inside my apartment. The problem was that these accusations were completely false. In many cases, no one was even home when these incidents were supposedly taking place. I repeatedly asked management to properly investigate the situation instead of automatically assuming the complaints were coming from my unit. Despite my requests, nothing seemed to be done. Rather than looking into the actual source of the noise or disturbance, management continued to contact me and treat me as if I was responsible. The situation became incredibly stressful. I felt like I was constantly walking on eggshells in my own home. If I vacuumed, played music at a reasonable volume, or simply went about my day, I would receive noise complaints. Meanwhile, I could regularly hear music and noise from other apartments and from the hallway on the same floor, yet those issues appeared to be ignored. To make matters worse, some members of the office staff were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take my concerns seriously. Instead of helping resolve the issue, I felt targeted and blamed for something I was not doing. The move-out process only reinforced my negative impression. The move-out inspection form included numerous minor items that had never been clearly explained beforehand. It felt like management was nitpicking every possible detail and looking for reasons to withhold my security deposit rather than conducting a fair assessment of the apartment's condition. After everything I experienced during my second year, it was difficult not to feel like this was just another example of unfair treatment. No resident should have to live under constant scrutiny and stress while paying rent every month. What started as a positive living experience turned into a frustrating, uncomfortable, and exhausting experience. Based on my second year at Glen Perimeter Apartments, I would not recommend this property. The lack of proper investigation, poor communication, dismissive treatment from staff, and questionable move-out process left me extremely disappointed.
