- JJJMay 10, 20261.0The leasing process was horrible. Very invasive with no results. After providing my job offer ( which is well over 3 x the rent), my previous employer pay stubs and even W2s, a letter from HR confirming my employment and salary, they still asked for more income verification. I may as well buy a house, currently in the process now. I provided all of this, even bank statements along with linking ADP, my payroll information to their (3rd party site). Very invasive and lengthy, to only tell me we are declining your app( not due to credit ) but due to lack of income verification. I ended us losing money on fees in this process. They even offered to have me re apply and pay more fees. Yeah, no! I would caution professionals with job offers because it doesn’t seem to be welcomed here.

He always went above and beyond to make sure our issues were fixed as soon as possible and made us feel safe and comfortable while doing so. We will miss Tim very much!

Everyone here is very friendly, and the building is clean and modern. We have lived at Glenn for several years and have had a really good experience here.

The maintenance crew—Ralph, Tim, and Chris—are excellent. Everyone in the office is always very kind, and the building is very clean thanks to the cleaning crew. One of the things that makes this apartment stand out is that the people who work here genuinely care about doing a good job.
