  Avoid this property at all costs. This was one of the most incompetent and unprofessional leasing experiences I’ve ever had. After paying my application, I spent months trying to get simple updates, and instead they quietly put the apartment back on the market without notification. After wasting months of my time through their own lack of communication and mishandling of the application, they had the audacity to send my account to collections. I won the dispute given all the evidence of late responses and misinformation, but I don’t appreciate my time being wasted. If this is how they treat prospective residents before you’ve even signed a lease, I can only imagine how they treat actual tenants.

  Beautiful spot good location. Management doesn’t care about you. Had an issue with a $400 Vitamix being tampered with opened In fact, had a picture of it delivered from UPS when I picked it up, the tape was off of it. The inside have been taken out and ruffled. It has some debris on it. They took no accountability. They didn’t even try to hear me and guess what? I definitely didn’t feel like they cared and on my day of move out on the phone with the manager still have the same conversation. He was speaking 100 miles an hour just like I didn’t matter and my issues didn’t matter so don’t expect to be cared about, but you can stay in a place that looks decent But you’re nothing more than a dollar They don’t value you If you have an issue will be you against them and guess who you think will win that fight unless you’re willing to go legal. I may have to consider just filing a complaint for mail tampering, which is a federal crime Oh, and I had a none working fab That was responsible for entry to every part of the building, which they never got around to fixing my key fob my entire time that I lived here so that means that you are relegated to using A freight elevator or being locked out until someone can come and open up the door for you while you’re spending $3000 A month for someone to tell you that you don’t matter I would say spend your money elsewhere At least go somewhere with people value you and your business Save yourself a headache there is my feedback UPDATE MOVED OUT 1 WEEK AGO 2 DELIVERIES CAME WITH PICTURES SPOKE TO CONCIERGE WHO SAID THEY PUT IN MAILROOM COME HERE GONE NOT RECORD OF RECEIPT LOOKS LIKE STRAIGHT UP THEFT NOW NO ACCOUNTABILITY NO FORWARDING JUST WE DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED AFTER RECORD OF DELIVERY If you wanna feel like you don’t matter, move to the gentry if you wanna feel like you are powerless Move to the gentry if you want people to steal from you with no accountability, move to the gentry

  The best thing about this building is the front desk security, cleaning and maintenance team. The bars play music from Thursday-Saturday til 3 in the morning. If you have a regular 9-5, please avoid all outward facing apartments from the 08’s-15’s stack. Building management will not be able to help resolve this issue. The elevators are constantly not working and rarely does anyone notify the residents so the only way of finding out is when you are waiting 20 minutes for an elevator to stop on your floor.

  Believe the reviews. I just moved out. The hallways smell, the hallway carpets are filthy. The elevators are always broken. One particular elevator hasn’t worked in months. They charge amenity fees but tell you, you have to be out of the amenities by 10pm like we are children. The leasing agents never stay and it’s definitely because of Jordan the assistant manager. Also if you are a person of color, Jordan will absolutely not like you and will make it obvious. Several people have moved out because of him. He is the worse thing that has happened to that building. Also, my google review is not my real name for management, whenever they respond with their fake response as if they are concerned.

  I am a resident and there is one receptionist who is the rudest most hateful and antisemitic woman I have ever meet we had Shabbat dinner at the clubhouse and in the middle of cleaning up she came up and demanded we leave we explained we was there for a religious event and was attempting to clean up our mess and she made antisemitic remarks and kicked us out then said we was gonna have to pay a cleanup fee after she refused us from cleaning we love the building but if they don’t change her they are gonna lose a lot of business she is a nightmare
