- STSmooveWavv #ThaGrindApr 23, 20261.0I am a current resident Gardens at Washington Park at 936 Mayson Turner Rd Atlanta,Ga 30314 on several occasions regarding concerns about soundproofing the ceilings. I started to report the happenings approximately three weeks prior and was told an insulation inspection would be done. But this did not help at all. Some time went by, I noticed that I was able to hear footsteps stomping rather loudly but brushed it off knowing there was a possibility that maybe it was a false assumption. Over hundreds of documentation of neighbor upstairs making repeated noise during quiet hours, including the repeated use of vaccum cleaners, stomping so that my room vibrates intensely and and creates anxiety( All breaches of contract (page 7 number 10 of lease agreement)(Page 6 number 15)(Page 9 number 25.5 (Domestic Violence against children and child cruelty( I hear children crying loudly coming from 934 Mayson Turner Apartment 18 (Page 9 25.5 Harrassment/Stalking and PAGE 12 (QUIET HOURS) . I have mental disability and it is truly a challenge to not react. I have not responded for nearly five months but tried to do my part in reporting the incidents to the leasing office over the past 4 months. This person was given a violation and still continued to do things to shake the ceiling (ie. Dropping dressers, glass, and metal/steel objects in the middle of the night (3-530 am. Every day virtually. The next step would be a TPO( Restraining Order) and the POLICE said that if any more disturbances from the neighbor would deem access to the neighbors government name so that I can legally fill out the proper info on the TPO( Restraining Order). At this point, I simply would like to switch apartments if possible. I have already made the request to management( Sam and Valerie), but have not heard anything back in more than a week. Please let me know how we can resolve this. I look forward to hearing from You and wish that we can continue to do business. Please respond with reasonable and most importantly effective solutions that can happen ASAP; as I will be forced to pursue legal action and have news reporters interview tenants and damage the reputation of the business that does not care about their customers enough to do everything in their power to make everyone feel safe and atleast comfortable in their own home.
