Killer spot but renters beware!!!!! This is an incredible neighborhood and location, and has been a great spot for the last 16 months. But the leasing office and upkeep almost negate all of it. My air conditioning was out at least 10 times in 16 months. I have emai, phone calls, and maintenance logs showing this. Temperatures inside the apartment were frequently over 80 degrees, and I have a pet in the unit. It took threatening legal action and a 311 call for them to come by and fix it... Only to break a few weeks or month later. Management was very clear we were not a priority and no air conditioning was not considered an emergency issue, and I was told I needed to wait in line for a few days for them to come by. The maintenance staff are very nice, and helpful once they arrive, but they were not able to come by timely based on the leasing offices "first come first serve" policy. Package theft - their fetch delivery service is sketchy, and my brand new KitchenAid mixer was never delivered for months until again, we threatened to call the BBB. Furthermore, I spoke with Haley at the front desk regarding important package delivery sent to the leasing office, and she confirmed this was OK as long as I let them know packages were coming and added notes on the packages that they were to go to front desk. Out of the three packages sent, one was returned to sender, one was redirected through fetch (which I purposely avoided based on previous experience and explicitly said to the front desk), and one arrived to my by the grace of God because I was on the phone with the leasing office about my AIR CONDITIONIG when the package arrived. The front desk is super sweet, until they're not. After you sign the lease, they go back on their word. They argued with us about how much rent was after we signed and Haley wrote everything down on paper for me to understand. When I brought the paper back to the office, they said it didn't count. We have come into multiple billing issues solely based on the system and are at default charged $200 when they tell us there was a payment issue over a week later. They never answer the phone, and you often have to go in person to actually get anything done. I went by yesterday and mentioned I just called, and the man at the desk said "well it's right here and I didn't get anything" My car was broken into when security was MIA for at least a month. When I mentioned this in another review, the manager responded and said they switched security providers. It's the same guy. They said they sent an email about it. I never got an email. Finally, they refuse to take responsibility for anything. You'll likely see a response to this review in the future refusing to take responsibility for anything and referring to other services that are also terrible. They'll tell me to reach out to the community manager, who is also not helpful at all. It's a never ending battle that will not end until we're finally out of here. I recommend the beltline area, but I do not recommend Edge on the Beltline. At all. Save yourself and go anywhere else.

I was very impressed by the oversized doors and the modern feel of it all from the sleek cabinets to the marble countertops.

Pulled into the building parking garage into a future resident spot, to go talk to the apartment complex about getting an apartment. Immediately a security guard honks at me and runs up to my driver side door to tell me it’s “not a parking spot”. I told him I’m a future resident looking for a place, and he tells me I’m arguing with him. I left. I’ll spend money somewhere else.

Vaughn responded to my maintenance request immediately and figured out the problem. He was able to order a new dishwasher and he replaced it the next day. Great guy, friendly, helpful and knows his stuff.

Lived here for almost a year and it’s been a great experience overall. The interiors are nice and the gym is one of the better ones I’ve seen in an apartment building. Maintenance and management have also been consistently responsive and easy to work with. The only downside is noise from Duke’s Hideaway on Friday and Saturday nights during the spring, summer, and fall. My unit is close enough to hear it, but far enough that it’s not very annoying, and it always shuts off around midnight. If you’re in a unit directly bordering Duke’s, just be aware it can get very loud. Overall, I’d recommend living here if the location of your unit is good.
