  Shantez has been incredibly helpful throughout my entire move-in process! She was always quick to respond to emails, answered any and all questions I had, and made everything very stress free. She made the move-in experience so much smoother.

  I would be very cautious about moving into this apartment. It has a great location, but besides that we have had many issues since moving in just two weeks ago. We were misled during the touring and signing process about the move-in special. Our apartment was not properly cleaned before move-in and the previous resident obviously had pets, so the apartment was covered in hair. When brought to the leasing staff, it took over a week with minimal communication for them to send someone. I have felt consistently mislead by the staff here. Our AC was also out for over 48 hours with multiple requests before they fixed it. If you do decide to move-in, I would make sure all communication is in writing at a minimum.
