I asked that the drain in the parking lot be cleaned out. I have placed a maintenance request for this exact issue at least 3 times and every time is not done or done poorly. The drain is clogged and their is sand all around the parking lot and the sidewalks. It is an eyesore and just not appealing at all. The request keeps being marked as completed and nothing is ever done to solve it.

My experience living in this apartment complex has been very disappointing. Everything seemed fine at first, but after a few months, I started seeing excessive fees that made my monthly rent much higher than expected. The charges for water, trash, and especially sewer are extremely high, and it’s not clear how they are calculated.
The most frustrating part is dealing with the management office. It is very difficult to get in touch with anyone, and they rarely respond in a timely manner or provide real solutions to residents’ concerns.
On top of that, I was charged a pet fee even though I do not have a pet. I had to spend my own time contacting the office to get an obvious mistake corrected.
If you’re considering moving here, make sure you ask about every possible fee before signing your lease. Between the unexpected charges, the lack of transparency, and the poor communication from management, I would not recommend living here.

I came to get a tour. The prices were very different in person vs. online. I wanted to see a couple of floor plans talk about different options. Very overpriced for what you get I was excited going into because online I liked what I saw. Just felt like it was a waste of my time.
