  Will scam you out of application fees to only to deny application. No new inquires on credit report but somehow denied and app fee is refundable . Will be contacting my lawyer and BBB! Please don’t apply here! Denial Reason (credit) but no recent credit inquires on report!!   I’m new to the Cortland community and I am still getting my bearings while settling in. Today I had the pleasure of having Jerome Butler assist with some maintenance work in my unit. He was kind, professional and knowledgeable. Jerome also went beyond the scope of the job by getting a couple of additional things taken care of 👍🏽

  The apartments are nice and at a great price but the communication from the leasing staff is bad. I had a brief tour with Ariel and was given some options for apartments. After I got home I looked at the site map and realized I did not like the location of the apartments I was quoted for. I called Ariel to see if I can get an apartment on a different floor but with the same move in date I requested. She sent me a quote to the portal for the apartment I requested but she did not tell me that the move in date was 3 weeks before my preferred move in time. I applied for the apartment thinking that the move in date was what I wanted. I got approved but never got a welcome letter, a link to sign the lease, or even a call from the office to let me know about the deposit. My approval email told me my lease started on the wrong date so I called Ariel to see if it can be fixed. She said she’d talk with her manager to see if the lease date can be changed. The next day I get a call from another agent, Alakia, asking when I’m picking up the keys and signing the lease. I told her the situation with Ariel and she got very short with me saying that there’s no way I can change the date of my lease to my preferred date without paying an extra 2-300 dollars a month. Huge red flag in terms of communication. To make a long story short, I had a very shady experience with Centra and as a result I withdrew my application. I lost 200 dollars over this but I have peace of mind knowing I did not sign a lease with them.

  I visited Centra recently for a tour, and the property manager, Stanley, made an incredible first impression from the moment I walked in. He was remarkably warm, professional, and genuinely inviting, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly without ever making me feel rushed. What truly set this community apart during my visit was the level of care and attention to detail. The manager clearly maintains an exceptional standard for the property, showing off immaculate grounds and top-tier amenities with pride and transparency. It is rare to find a luxury community where the management is as impressive as the resort-style living itself. Living here is at the top of my list, and I highly recommend taking a tour!   My partner and I had such an amazing experience at the Centra At North Druid Hills apartment community! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine kindness, professionalism, and hospitality from the entire office staff. I especially want to recognize Stanley, the property manager, who was absolutely wonderful. He was so upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout our entire visit. His positive energy immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. The community itself was beautiful and exceptionally clean, both inside and throughout the exterior grounds. You can really tell that the property takes pride in maintaining the community. The new renovations look absolutely amazing and give the apartments and common areas a fresh, modern, and inviting feel. What stood out to us most was how the entire office staff went above and beyond for my partner and me upon our arrival. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. That level of customer service made a lasting impression on us. Overall, Centra is a beautiful community with an incredible team. Stanley and the entire office staff truly made us feel valued and welcomed. We left with such a positive impression and would absolutely recommend Centra to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-maintained community with a team that genuinely cares about its residents and prospective residents. Thank you, Stanley, and the entire Centra team, for making our experience so exceptional!
