Initially my experience with this property was less than my expectations. However the new management and maintenance technician are stellar. Joshua always has an answer for any concern and genuinely does his best to correct the issue and does it pretty quickly. Alvin, the maintenance technician is not only knowledgeable but polite and fixes the issue usually during the first visit. With this new management and maintenance technician I can honestly say that I am pleased.

I called to inquire about a two bedroom apartment and spoke to Mr.Joshua Robison. He was very friendly and professional, He is very knowledgeable about the property and amenities.. There was no question that I asked that he did not answer. You don’t run across many agents that actually care about the properties and one that pours into potential residents. It was such a pleasure to speak with him

I recently toured this complex, and wow the energy and atmosphere Joshua brought he was amazing! This complex didn’t fit with a few things I was looking for but the property was nice nonetheless. Joshua recently joined this complex and was alone that day yet he provided exceptional service!! He has some great ideas in mind to better the community!
