  I recently toured the community and absolutely loved it. Not only was the property well kept, updated, & laid out with convenience in mind (pricing and commute), but the staff were super friendly. Joshua in particular is really personable, funny, and knowledgeable. He seems to keep everybody updated with the going’s on while maintain an attentive demeanor. A great experience for sure which is so refreshing!

  Recently moved in and honestly, I can say The Application Process and Screening Upon Calling Josh Was Very Quick ! I needed it to be and Josh Did Just That. I want to thank Him for all this and For Accepting Me Into the Community . He Always is Responsive with my Emails or calls If questions arise etc and I can feel he truly cares about all his Tenants And It’s very Genuine and True .Well Respected ,Well Spoken , And Amazing people skills ! Maintenance Guy Albert is On It And Completes Tasks in timely manner , respectful ,and Nice ! Everything is quiet and peaceful And shopping centers etc near by . Thank You Josh , Albert, and All Of Asset Company

  I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Castlegate Collier Hills. This was my very first apartment, and from day one, it completely set the standard for what “home” should feel like. Honestly, I can’t imagine ever leaving. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous—always impeccably maintained, clean, and thoughtfully cared for. Every detail, from the landscaping to the shared spaces, reflects pride in the community. The amenities are top-tier and make everyday living feel elevated, and my apartment is nothing short of perfect. It’s comfortable, beautiful, and truly feels like my own personal sanctuary. But the real crown jewel of this community is our property manager, Joshua. He is, without question, the best of the best. Incredibly hands-on, proactive, and genuinely invested in the happiness of every resident, he goes above and beyond in ways that are rare to find. He’s not just a manager—he’s a friend to everyone here. Even my dog absolutely adores him, which says everything. Joshua puts together amazing resident events that make this community feel connected and alive. And on the rare occasion something needs attention, he’s already ahead of it—aware, responsive, and with a solution already in motion. That level of care and dedication is unmatched. We are truly so lucky to have him, and Castlegate Collier Hills is beyond fortunate to have someone like Joshua leading the community. This place is special—and it starts with him.

  I have been here two weeks! This is the cleanest and most quiet neighborhood and I love it! I walk my dog at 3 am sometimes with no fear! Josh and his AMAZING STAFF have truly gone above and beyond and made this place feel like home quickly and effectively and my one bedroom is spacious and completely upgraded! Slightly pricey but what isn’t these days! If you’re looking to relocate soon, strongly consider Castlegate at Collier Hills! We will be glad to call you family!!!
