  Bobbie and her team were great to work with. I was looking for a quick sell of my home. Bobbie was quick to inspect the property and brought a ton of information helping guide me through the process and talking through comps in the local area. In a challenging market as a seller, her team held multiple open houses, followed up judiciously with potential buyers, and helped me work through the negotiation process. I would highly recommend Bobbie and her team at Ansley Real Estate.

  Bobbie is the most professional, diligent, hardworking, ethical, communicative, patient, caring, and tenacious realtor we have ever worked with. She is truly amazing! We had an extremely complicated situation when a buyer had our property rezoned and then backed out of the deal. Throughout it all, Bobbie worked tirelessly to find another buyer, so we did not miss out on the home we really wanted to purchase.   Bobbie was a wonderful Realtor for us, and was exactly what we had hoped for in selling our condo. She knows the real estate business, and we chose to use her after seeing how successful she was in selling so many other units in our high-rise building. The first time she met with us she brought a full folder of comps, information about the area and knowledge that helped us in marketing our place. After every showing she would contact the potential buyer's agent for feedback, and was in constant communication with us about what was happening with the sales process. She was responsive to our calls, and when anything wasn't right, or if we had questions or concerns she was always quick to follow through and manage the situation. She helped us find a very qualified cash buyer, and we were able to find our new place, which was perfect for us, days later. We closed on both properties within the same hour, which was an extremely easy process thanks to Bobbie's connections and experience. She has been more than a Realtor to us - and is part of the family. I appreciate all that she did to help us progress into this next phase of our lives. I would definitely highly recommend using Bobbie Schmitt for selling and/or buying your next home. She really knows her stuff, and her results are a reflection of this.
