  Nice community. But what kind of through me off is the scheduling tours. I had an appointment 1:00pm. I received a call at 12:30pm, couldn’t answer it. Returned the call, no answer. Showed up at 1:00pm, was met by another guy who was also trying to get into the leasing office. Couldn’t get in. Nobody answered the phone, same automatic answering machine. Left a message stating I’m outside and it’s 1:10pm—nothing. It’s currently 1:30pm—i left. We live in 2026, it’s not hard to simply send an email if you can’t get in contact with a potential resident to reschedule or cancel, closed, —or Oh idk 🤷 have someone in the office incase scheduled tour clients show up if you’re on a tour. If you’re on lunch, put a sign out “oh we’re on a tour/lunch be back at..” It’s 2026, do a bit better.

  Hannah was amazing at showing the model Homes to my brother it really made a difference this was the first set of apartments that we want to look at for him and ultimately it was the best choice

  I have lived at Balfour East Lake for five years. I'm still here because they offer affordable pricing, the staff is great and always friendly. Hannah always take care of my maintenance request in a timely manner. She's always open for suggestions on how we can improve the community. Management does a good job keeping the property clean and safe for it tenants.

  Love my apartment the inside looks nice friendly neighbors Hannah was such a great help made my move in quick I really love my new place
