  Just did a tour at Balfour and it was a great experience. The property manager Hannah was nothing but grace and knew exactly what she was doing. It really does feel good knowing that this place is in good hands. If you are looking for a new place to live then I would call and specifically request her. She really made it seem like a home instead of an apartment. Nothing but good things to say about her and the dream team!

  Coming in, the place looked nice: gated community, swimming pool, plenty of parking. We had scheduled an appointment for viewing the apartments at 2 p.m. today. We were kind of excited, because most of the reviews made this place sound very nice. Reality: we waited for 10 minutes after repeatedly knocking on the door, but no one was answered. We walked around the building, we knocked on the door again, we checked our email to confirm that we had the right date and time for the appointment, and we tried to call the leasing office but only got the voicemail. After all of that, we agreed to leave when it hit 2:30 p.m. as we were not going to spend the majority of our day waiting. We were pleasantly surprised when cars start to pull up 5 minutes later. Even more so when one of the people in the cars, went to the door and unlocked it before going in. They didn't raise the blinds or anything, so we gave him a couple of minutes to get everything situated inside before attempting to knock again. Same result as earlier, and the other car owner open her door to explain that she was informed that the worker was waiting for the manager. He had told her that the manager would not be in the office for another 30 to 45 minutes, and he would not be able to assist us until then. To add insult to injury, she mentioned that this was her second time coming back to this location because no one was here earlier either. Thank you for this experience, Balfour East Lake. I'll take it for the lesson that it was and wish you well in your future business endeavors.

  Hannah is beyond the best property manager I have ever worked with. I’ve been renting apartment for almost 20 years and I’ve never had a smoother process. To say she cares is an understatement. She made everything about the move in process seamless. Her team that works at Balfour had my apartment move in ready in no time with no cut corners. She is not only kind and hard working, but also clearly loves her job, the tenants, and the property. I moved from out of state so a pretty blind process but she was as there every step of the way going above and beyond. The apartment is perfect, the grounds are stunning. The amenities are so well kept and convenient access for the tenants. I signed a 15 month lease and will most certainly be staying as long as they’ll have me. 10/10 recommend working with her and being apart of this community. Not one single miss. I’m very proud to live here and to have met her and I know if anything ever arises she will have my back as well as any of the tenants lucky enough to call the Balfour east lake home.

  As a licensed real estate agent and professional apartment locator, I can tell the difference between a community that is or is not well managed from a mile away - and let me tell you, Hannah really IS that girl! Not only is she prompt, helpful, thorough, and super easy to work with - she has gone above and beyond to help create successful outcomes. In a world where many properties have a 'take it or leave it' attitude, Hannah has absolutely blown me away with the lengths she's gone for my client. If every property manager was this good, the leasing industry would be so much better off overall. 12/10 would recommend -- not only are these rates so competitive, but their units are super spacious for the price point too!
