  My roommate and I need to leave immediately! They have you pay so much on top of base rent and do not do their jobs.

  I don’t typically write reviews but I have lived here since October the leasing office staff are friendly and accommodating I can say. The amenities are pretty nice valet trash, pool, 24h gym, washer and dryer unit inside apartment and have package concierge. My biggest issue with this apartment is their maintenance staff. For whatever reason their maintenance staff is not doing their job. Since April I have had issues with things in my apartment not getting handled. This is probably my worst experience with maintenance at an apartment. They seem to be lazy, half way do their job or don’t seem knowledgeable on how to actually fix things. For example, one of my issues is the refrigerator. I actually had to set a camera in my kitchen because they claimed the work orders were complete multiple times and I saw the maintenance individual open the refrigerator, take a picture, and walk out. Just be aware if you do decide to live here things may not get handled when they begin to malfunction or mess up. As tenants that pay I do not believe we should be begging for issues that go wrong to be handled. I have been to the office twice and have called three times with my concerns. I get told they will make maintenance staff aware but maintenance is the issue. I don’t know if anyone else is having these issues but it seems like they need to reevaluate their staff in this department.
