  PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU MOVE HERE. I’ve lived at Apex for two years, and the difference between my first year and now is honestly crazy. My first year here was actually a good experience, but ever since the management changed, things have gone completely downhill. There have been cars being broken into, a RAT INFESTATION, and maintenance does not stay on top of issues. Getting things addressed has been frustrating, and the new management has been absolutely horrible to deal with. The biggest thing I want potential residents to know is that this is NOT the same property it was when I first moved in. The management changed, and unfortunately, so did the quality of the living experience. If you don’t like rodents, security issues, poor maintenance, and management that doesn’t seem to care about residents, I would seriously think twice before signing a lease here. I personally would NOT recommend Apex based on my experience over the past year.

  If you’re considering living here, be aware that the property changed its electricity billing system this year. Electricity is no longer billed solely based on your apartment’s individual meter reading. Instead, the property now uses a Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS), where the bill is calculated using a formula that includes factors such as apartment square footage and the number of residents. This may matter if you actively try to reduce your electricity usage, because your bill may not directly reflect your own consumption. Depending on the apartment and number of occupants, the difference could be substantial because not everyone has the same habits...

  From the moment I walked in, Karen made all the difference. She's warm, patient, and truly knows her stuff, answering every question and making the leasing process stress-free. The community is gorgeous too, with clean, well-maintained spaces and a welcoming atmosphere. It's clear the management team cares and puts in real effort to keep improving things. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

  I’ve had a wonderful experience here! The property is clean, well-maintained, and offers great amenities. The community also hosts activities for residents, which is a nice bonus and helps create a welcoming atmosphere. What truly sets this community apart is the staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. A special shoutout to Sloane, Jared, and Lecea for making my move-in experience smooth, stress-free, and easy from start to finish. Their support and attention to detail made all the difference. If you're looking for a beautiful apartment community with excellent amenities and an outstanding team, I highly recommend checking this place out. You won’t be disappointed!
