  Sloane was so personable and helpful! She was flexible and showed us both spaces we wanted to inquire about. The property during the tour was very clean. It smelled good and was well maintained. Overall very satisfied with my tour!

  Sloane was a great tour host, her passion for the property and her role showed through her hospitality. Our tour was comfortable and fun and we enjoyed the property and all the amenities it had to offer. The property and units were in great condition.

  Sloane and Jered are so amazing! They are beyond helpful when I come to the front office I’m so happy to get a chance to be in their calm and attentive energy. They made me want to move in just by getting to encounter their outstanding personalities! If you get a chance to have a conversation with either of them expect your day to become brighter!

  It’s ashamed how these people do not answer the phone!!! You literally have to keep calling them. And then the 24/7 agents answer the phone and can only provide you the basic info. I understand that you may be busy, but ignoring a phone call is completely unprofessional. It’s more than one person working in that office.

  The maintenance staff at Apex Westside is excellent, especially Dobri Dobrev. I just put in a work order last night and 1st thing this morning he showed up prompt, professional and ready to work. He did an excellent job and even cleaned up behind himself and left my bathroom spotless just as when he came. Overall from the maintenance staff to the leasing office; it’s a pleasure having a group of people willing to take care of you making sure your needs are fulfilled.
