Very nice apartments but hallways are very loud and the price does not match up to what you are staying in very small rooms I’ll had to move within only a year of staying the gate is always broken other then that they are very nice apartments with great management

I only came for a tour and loved everything about the visit. The property manager Sloane was very sweet and helpful.

I’ve lived here for over 5 years, and after reviewing my latest statement—now on a month-to-month lease due to relocation—I’m honestly disgusted. Out of nowhere, the complex has decided to tack on a “resident liability fee” of $12/month. In a time where people are already getting crushed by rising costs, this is exactly the kind of greedy, tone-deaf move that shows how little management actually cares about residents. Nickel-and-diming people because you can is not good business—it’s exploitation. On top of that, requiring rental insurance and adding a separate liability fee feels like double-dipping. What exactly is this fee covering that insurance doesn’t? Because right now, it just looks like another way to squeeze extra money out of tenants. Overall, my experience here has been solid—but moves like this completely undermine that. It’s frustrating to see a place you’ve supported for years turn around and take advantage of residents like this.

Poor Design Hurts Livability. I live in a studio facing the pool. All HVAC units for surrounding units also face this courtyard and the noise is unbearable at times if you open your windows or balcony door. Neighbors HVAC units cause floors to vibrate, and can be heard through bathroom ceiling vent. Walls seemingly have no noise blocker because I can hear everything my neighbors are doing, and them me. Entry door to apartment must be hollow also because every sound in the hallway is transferred into apt. I unfortunately toured spaces during the day, in the winter when there was minimal activity and never heard just how noisy it actually was. Make sure to view your interests at different times of the day. These issues can't be resolved anymore unless they fully update/remodel everything. Just poor design and cheap choices when the complex was built, and it affects quality of life greatly. Only reason why it's not a one star is because the management is friendly and seem to care. Maintenance response in my experience has been slow and required callbacks.

Been here about a month now. Upon move in, the toilet, tub and bathroom sink had to be serviced because they did not drain. The tub drain was broken and repaired. The porch sliding door was bent, and when my air stopped working, maintenance called and gave me directions to correct issues myself. 3 days into my move in, my dining room set was stolen from my door. I had to follow up with management myself, after no response, to learn that whatever cameras they have didn’t catch anyone taking it from the hall, although it did see the delivery guy bring it down the hall. They suggested I purchase a doorbell camera. Otherwise, it’s awesome! There are weekly resident events, a pool, community area, gym, and game room. I get what I pay for and enjoy my place.
